Great experience at Texas Roadhouse. The food was delicious, especially the steaks, cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Definitely a place worth coming back to.

For the price, this dining experience is very difficult to compete with (let alone beat). The wait time was very long, but ae were able to wait away from the restaurant by reserving a place through the website. Service was excellent, and the atmosphere was uplifting and refreshing. My steak was cooked exactly as I requested, and the cactus blossom onion was crispy and not swimming in grease like the competitions similar appetizer. Of course, the rolls and cinnamon butter are insanely good as well… it’s almost worth dining here just for those. We will be back!

It was honestly the best steak I have had in years. My wife felt the exact same way. Our server made us feel at ease and handled our meal like a pro. The place was super packed but they handled everything smoothly. Before we finished up, the manager came over and asked us how everything was. The experience was absolutely fantastic. Thank you guys. FEB. 2026 Food was super good. Service by Logan was super good. Country music was super good. Loudness of the music was so loud we could not hear each other at the table. We did not come to hear the music, we came to talk & enjoy the food.

Bad experience at first. A group of 9 people visiting lake Charles for a swim meet. After an hour wait, we ended up crowded in a 6 people table. Our waitress wasn’t the best and food was OK. The manager had to step in at the end, otherwise this would be a 1 star review.

Have never had a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse in Lake Charles before and tonight as was no different. Ben, myself, and a friend went for dinner there tonight and had a wonderful server, Gwen, who never let our drinks run empty, offered us more bread before we asked, made some amazing recommendations, and was just overall a wonderful server who was lively and brighten our night! We’ve always had good servers when we’ve gone but she really stands out with her hospitality!
Also a huge shoutout to the manager Rudy he was extremely accommodating and kind! Was constantly walking around checking on tables and was really personable!
Overall really glad we stopped by and ate there! 10/10 experience!

Have a friend who works there he is a busboy, but he put me in a very nice table with a very nice and good-looking waitress who is super professional. The food was amazing and decently priced. The manager came over I forgot his name but he’s a cool dude

Guys smothered chicken with mashed potatoes and white gravy did not get the cheese on the chicken so that was upsetting I requested cinnamon honey butter and they brought me back regular butter lots of it overall the food was good I gave it a 3 out of 10
