We did an online order. Usually we get good service and good quality. But on this night!
NOT! They couldn’t find my order that was supposed to be ready for 7:15 it was close to 8 when I got it. My order which was grilled pork chops with fries, and New York strip steak. I literally had 7 pieces of fries? The pork chops and steak were hard as brick. This is unacceptable! I know they were busy but this was bad customer service.

C’mon! Disappointed. Made an online order. Fought traffic all the way back to Broussard to find my blooming onion without the Cajun horseradish. Then paid extra for a loaded potato but no cheese was in the bag. Receipt marked like it was in the bag but wasn’t.

This is what $45 plus dollars (add additional for tipping) get you now at Texas Roadhouse house Lafayette, la location! Looks like a left over chicken critter basket, handful of fries & 3-4 popcorn chick bites with a 6oz steak. Just wow, this use to be a place the prides themselves on hearty meals & portions. It’s pitiful to pay for a meal & still be hungry after eatting said meal. I AM DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I will not be back , I could have cooked my meal at home & had a better experience. Food is expensive now & days & I totally understand that. The sad part about this is I drove an hour away to get this meal because I live in a small town outside of Lafayette. I was really excited to have a good meal at the hard week of working. The amount of gas is that I would take wasting to bring this meal back and fight with the managers who are super rude to get a refund is pointless. This business is packed out almost every single night every weekend there’s lines out the doors is no way they are struggling this much for money When majority of their staff is paid through tipping. They are $1 billion corporation. I am so disgusted!!!!!!

We always come here, but our most recent visit was on 1/29/2025. Everything was delicious as per usual, and our waiter was excellent in checking on us and making sure we received everything we ordered accurately. He was so attentive and sweet. I will always recommend this place to someone who is looking for a place that sells tasteful steaks!

I had a great night eating here. My food came quick and I would venture to say that I had the best waiter in the building- Mr. Jay. He was on top of everything; Our drinks, our food, and most importantly our bread. He was always around to help and serve us and he genuinely cared- it wasn’t just a job to him. Great job Mr. Jay, I appreciate all of your hard work.

Worst Texas Roadhouse I have ever been to. We were there from 12:22 PM and didn’t not leave until after 230 today. The service was so slow. She didnt even bring my baby’s chicken nuggets out. He ended up falling asleep waiting and they still never came. The food was mediocre at best. Not happy with this experience at all. There were people that came in way after us that got their meals before we even got to order our food. It was terrible. Thank goodness we got rolls, or my little boy would have been miserable.

The last 3 visits the food was never hot only warm once. We were given luke warm limp fries no condiments and the food seem carelessly placed instead of carefullyprepared. The staff seemed disconnected and uncaring as if they are only there for a check.

I would rather go eat at a garbage bin then this. The atmosphere is not quiet, I hate the employees, but can’t the grilled cheese get a actual fine cook?
The grilled cheese absolutely sucks and don’t even mention the fries. I was dead inside just by looking at the food. Texas Roadhouse in Alexandria is better NGL.

Drinks were perfect.
The complimentary bread and butter is catchy; it is so fresh and desireable, just melts in your mouth, and sadly it is UNLIMITED TO YOU! (Maybe not so sad)
** You may not be able to finish your meal.
Appetizers were definitely something to brag about.
Service was a bit behind but it was understandable because so many people wanted to dine, that let’s you know it’s good.
WHEN YOU ARE SEATED, THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL!! NEVER ANY COMPLAINTS ON OUR END!!!
** Please make reservations in advance especially on because they service a ton of people. It is possible to be in line waiting to be seated outside of your reserved time frame.
** OH BUT IT IS WORTH THE WAIT!
** (In my opinion, I find it easier to get in at your reserved time when I reserve at least a few days to a week prior, if possible.)
