The service was amazing, as always. The atmosphere is fun and energetic, though a bit loud. It is not the easiest place to have a conversation, but that is part of the experience and something you expect going in.
We ordered three steaks. Two were cooked perfectly, but one missed the mark. I ordered the prime rib, which I had never tried here before, and requested the rarest cut available. I cook prime rib every year for our holiday dinners, so I am familiar with how it is prepared and where the more rare cuts come from. Our server, Eliana, let me know upfront that the rarest it would be is medium and asked if I still wanted to try it. I agreed, just to see how it would turn out.
When the food arrived, it was immediately clear that the prime rib was overcooked. The food runner set the plates down and walked away. When our server returned, she noticed it right away as well. After flipping the steak over, it was obvious it was an end piece and not even close to being rare. It felt like the kitchen did not make much effort to provide a cut that matched what I had requested.
That said, our server handled the situation perfectly. She took the steak back immediately, offered to replace it with anything else on the menu, and removed it from our bill. I truly appreciated how quickly and professionally she addressed the issue, especially knowing the mistake was not on her but in the kitchen.

Came in this afternoon with my lil family and had the best experience at a restaurant that I can remember. They weren’t super busy when we came in and we were seated by the bar. The food came out in a timely manner and everything tasted great! But it was the server and bar tender that absolutely made this dining experience immaculate. They could see my husband and I doing our best to eat and tend to our munchkins, who were curious about the bar area and the servers coming and goings, and they actually stepped in and colored with our son so we could enjoy our meals. It was sublime. Thank you so much for the extra effort, y’all have no idea how much it means to us!!

Sometimes it’s okay, and sometimes it’s not. But sadly, more often it’s not okay. The service tends to be meh and the flavor of the steak feels very meh. Overall, you know what you’re getting when you go here. But don’t expect to be having your socks knocked off with excitement.

In town for the weekend visiting my daughter and I just had to leave a review for Josie our server. It was very cold very busy day at the restaurant and She was quick to say hello and introduce herself. A minute we were ready to order she was already anticipating that. She made some suggestions which were awesome. The food was ready in a timely manner. She was prepared for our leftovers because we over ordered. so not only her service was awesome Just seemed like an overall great person. Thank you Josie!!!

I dined here today and had an exceptional experience. Despite the long line and busy atmosphere, our server Dom provided outstanding service, being both attentive and quick. The food arrived hot and promptly from the kitchen, and it was absolutely delicious. Despite the bustling crowd, the staff managed to maintain a high level of quality and made our dining experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Always have good service and the food is good. The music is to loud. Can’t hear people talking at your own table and for some people like Veterans’s and older people it hurts their heads. One suggestion is you need to put baked beans on the menu as a side. It’s a steak place it should have baked beans. I ask for them every time I’m there. I know a lot of other people ask for them too. Overall it’s a great place to eat.

Pretty poor cooking at this restaurant. They must have placed a hamburger press on my filet mignon. It was charred on the outside and raw in the middle. Supposed to be a medium cook temp. The waitress didn’t really pay attention to our order because it was all incorrect. They even up charged me thinking I wouldn’t know. It was pretty bad birthday dinner while traveling thousands of miles to rescue two little puppies. We went out of our way to go see you guys and this is how you treated us! Not to mention how your front of house was in complete disarray with the hostess seating people before us who showed up after us. And how many 20 tops did you have drop at the same time on a Saturday?! Ridiculously poor management!!!!!! I’ll be waiting for that email because yall owe me a filet and a beer!

First off, I’d like to say we have the best waitress that I’ve ever had! Eliana was very attentive to our needs without being smothering. One example is when she brought my steak and asked me to cut into it, and as i did, she said, “im sorry, its over cooked, let me get you a new one.” Eliana is the first waitress to notice it before i did!! Some just smile through work, but we could tell that Texas Roadhouse wasn’t just a job. She truly enjoyed it!!! Thanks for making our experience memorable!!
