The quality of service and professionalism she expressed was just extraordinary. She diffently made the evening for my wife and I feel my relaxing and inviting, considering it was extremely busy with a lot of busy going on around the restaurant. She made my Wife and I feel acknowledge during our dinner, we didnt have wait on her or call out for her. She was very helpful throughout our dinner, and my Wife and I would return for another outing there just because of her professionalism! Thank you so much.
Some servers are very blunt and dont look like they enjoy their jobs. I do enjoy the fact that managers follow up on food. If you order steaks, dont be afraid to speak up if not correct temp (med rare) seems to be a difficult one for them to get. I always order medium and it ends med rare. If you order med rare, the cow still moos on your plate.

The owner says thanks for letting them know how they can improve. This was the third strike for this establishment. Not had good service all 3 visits.. Informed staff on site the previous two times. Having information and not using it to resolve the issues…. Seems like poor management… Did anyone notice there was no apology? I feel like I matter so much. I think our waitress had issues with mixed race couples, or so it seemed. I’ll apologize. I’m sorry I put my spouse in this environment.
