I really love this place! I am a visitor from California, and this was my second visit to the Texas Roadhouse. I ordered the country fried chicken, with mashed potatoes, green beans and a garden salad with blue cheese dressing and added blue cheese crumbles. They bring rolls to your table, and they are very yummy and fresh. The food portions are great, and the food was fresh and delicious, I really loved my meal, and the service was pinpoint perfect! The sweet tea was awesome! I honestly cannot say anything negative about this place, except perhaps improving their dessert selection but that’s not a big deal. I will definitely be back to the Texas Roadhouse next time I’m in Missouri. Thanks!

Usually my dining experiences here are pretty good and the service is an awesome. Tonight that was not the case unfortunately, I ordered a drink before we ordered anything else and received our appetizer and main order before I even got the drink. This wasn’t a big deal I understand things happen and miscommunications happen. What my main concern and complain is simply that my burger was raw. Incredibly raw to the point where you can see pink on the OUTSIDE of the burger. Thank god my friend pointed this out before I bit into it. I showed my waitress this burger and she simply asked if I wanted it cooked more. I said I wanted it off my ticket and to be sent back because honestly it made me sick to my stomach and I just wanted to leave at this point. She disappeared for twenty minutes so we ended up paying on the little tablet when we realized she wasn’t wanting to come back out. I’m leaving a photo attached of my burger. This wasn’t just a little undercooked. This is raw in every aspect.

First time eating at this Texas Road house location. Ordered clubside to go,after driving around the location and receiving the text that my order was ready and to respond “HERE” its pick up only. I had arrived 15 minutes prior to the food being ready. The appetizers were overcooked and dry. Herb chicken was extremely salty. My dessert was a mess. The ice cream was in the same box as the pie when it could have been placed in the white bag with the butter ,sour cream, and ranch dressing. I probably won’t order again, May dine in next time. Oh!!! I forgot to mention that I ordered buffalo wings with mild sauce and received these chicken chunks..smh spent a little over $72 total.

We enjoyed our meal, it was good, always love the rolls, but here’s the deal that I don’t understand. My husband and I ordered the same sirloin steak. His was plate size, mine was small. His was so tender, mine was okay, but not tender like his. Why was there a huge difference in size and the way it was prepared? We will definitely be back. It’s a great place.

My last 5 to go orders in a row had missing items. I love driving back into town to pick those up without getting a single apology or anything. My food is nice and cold by the time i get back! I guess ill pull everything out on the to go counter and go through it with them. And i really regret tipping.

The food was AWESOME!!!!! The rolls are always top notch!!!!! My steak was medium as I has requested and it WAS PERFECT!!!!!! The ribs were so good, fall off the bone, and didn’t dirty my perfectly coiffed nails!!!!!!!!!!! However: our waitress was No WAY attentive to our needs! I understand that this locale was very busy BUT…. You shouldn’t forget about even a party of only 2. We are water drinking people. Nonetheless, we should have been refilled. I get it when it’s extremely busy but the waitress on the opposite table checked on the table 4 Times when ours NEVER DID!!!!!!!!! WTH???!!! We are Big tippers when it comes to receiving GREAT Customer Service!! This time, unfortunately, we were not happy with the service from our waitress. I even had to ask a different waitress for a water refill and THEN LATER a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WAITRESS FOR OUR CHECK! Unacceptable for a waitress!! I do not think I will return to the Belton, Missouri Texas Roadhouse because of the unacceptable customer service that my husband and I encountered. I guess we will stay in the farther North Kansas City TXRoadhouse locales.
