For almost $90 it should be a no brainer to give us condiments/sauces. You even included the cup in the “blooming” onion which looks like it was stepped on and still didn’t think to include the sauces. Fried pickles, no sauce. Even had to finish air frying them at home because they were undercooked. A cold 16oz sirloin? Com’on. Oh and we love paying for loaded potatoes & loaded mashed potatoes with again, no sour cream, cheese bacon or butter. We worked today too, we get it – everyone’s tired. But this is common sense. We even tipped despite it being a pick up order. I hope your New Year’s Resolution is better training & customer service.

Hot rolls on repeat, and we weren’t complaining! They were fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious. Our waitress was amazing! Super friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. The food came out quickly and everything we ordered was very good. Great service and tasty food all around! The only thing we would change is crispier fried pickles ❤️

The staff is always smiling, professional, and genuinely kind. Even when we needed a small correction or wanted to replace a dish, they were happy to help with a positive and respectful attitude.

I love TRH, but this locations staff are especially friendly and helpful.
The one drawback that I have frequently encountered at this location is that the Line Cooks repeatedly undercook their steaks.
If you want a Medium steak, order it medium well. If you want medium well, order it well done.
I prefer a nice medium steak, but every time I order it that way, it comes out still mooing – I mean, Rare. (Moo )

Came here on superbowl Sunday. Place was not busy but still took a while for our app and dinner to come out. I had a 12oz. Ribeye flavor was good but it was tough and COLD. so was my girlfriends steak. Server didnt come check how the food was until we were ready to go. Maybe took 3 bites out of the steak. Everything was cold including the blooming onion. We informed the server the food was cold and you couldn’t even eat the steak fries they were microwaved or sat so long. The manager came over we informed her also. She did nothing offered to warm the food up but it was too late. $89 with tip total waste of money. The whole experience was disappointing.

I have NEVER had a bad meal at any of their locations. Every steak I’ve ever ordered has been fabulous, tender, juicy and cooked to perfection.
Let’s talk about those heavenly rolls and the honey butter. I could seriously make a meal if those. They are the best rolls around. They have the BEST sweet potatoes too! Love them. I will shy away next time from the Ceaser Salad. It was mostly the thick spines and short on dressing but not horrible.
The fried dill pickles are a treat too. Crispy and salty and delicious. The Blooming Onion was also done to perfection.
The service is also 5 star. We came in with a group of 7 and our server was on the ball. Drink orders were taken and delivered quickly. Once our lunch order was taken the food was brought out very fast too. The steaks were served sizzling hot.
It’s always a bit noisy in all their locations but it’s doable.
Can’t complain about the prices at all either. The food is excellent for the price.

The best stake house in Wentzvillen and the most popular. This restaurant is good at getting you seated even during the busy times. The beef stakes here are always cooked to order. Not once have we’ve been disappointed. The servers are very attentive. Drinks are always refilled. A member of management always stops by and ask “how’s it going? “. The chili bowl is the best restaurant chili.

The food was pretty good and came out quickly. The server did a good job of taking care of us, especially with the number of tables she was also handling at the time. It was pretty noisy and difficult to carry on a conversation at our table, but that is not the restaurants fault, they were just busy.
