I really think they had a well oiled machine, it was Friday night and ridiculously busy (I don’t think I’ve ever seen it so busy). The only thing that could have been improved was the “name callers” at the host table, they were too quiet for such a crowd.
But our server, manager, and speed of service was spot on and the quality of food was very good. The prices reasonable for a large chain as well!

Love Texas Roadhouse! We’re joking that in our next life, we’re opening a Texas Roadhouse because they are always packed after waiting for our table, we were walked to a booth and promptly tended to. Our waitress was very nice, the staff even did a weird line dance randomly as we were there – a trick they use when the kitchens backed up !! Loved the little extra lore and things like peanuts to round out the entire experience.
Our food was excellent, of course got a steak with Mac and cheese, seasoned rice and veggies, the bbq chicken, and of course… the rolls all of the food was held to high standards and executed. Overall, of course we will be back lol

Walked in around 7:30pm on Sunday. Very busy, but it only took 20min to get seated. Waitress was extremely pleasant and helpful. Recommended the sweet potato to my wife, which she loved. Ribeye was cooked perfectly, green beans were excellent, and mash potatoes were delicious. And the rolls were amazing! Great experience!

My Husband and I came in for date night. Dinner was fantastic. Our server Arelle was absolutely fantastic. Personable, quick. Just absolutely phenomenal. The manager Lilly came by and was also amazing!! Overall we will definitely be back!

This is a very good Texas Roadhouse location. It was the only restaurant open in the area, during a blizzard. They did everything to accommodate all guests. The service was great and the food met my expectations.

We have frequently gone to kirkwood Texas Roadhouse and never had a problem! Tonight was totally different. Our table was disgusting, not cleaned, and under had not been swept. I have worked in the service industry and don’t mind something not wiped or super clean, but this was totally overlooked. (see photo) In total we saw our server 3 times (drinks, giving us our food, and us asking for check) our food was freezing after waiting, and drinks were never refilled, etc. Server was nice just maybe oversat and way too busy to serve us. To top it all off, I pulled a piece of short blonde hair out of my salad. I was with 3 brown haired long people. I felt overall the restaurant has gone down hill. Disappointing!

From the moment we sat down, everything was quick, organized, and stress-free — which is no small feat with a big group. The food was absolutely delicious, and every plate came out perfectly.
Bonnie, our server, was completely on point the entire night. She was so kind and incredibly patient (especially since half of us had no idea what we wanted). She kept everything flowing smoothly and never missed a beat.
Her manager, Aeryn, also stopped by several times to check on us and make sure our celebration was going perfect. That extra attention really meant a lot and made the night feel special.
Thank you, Bonnie and Aeryn, for making such a great impression! No more LongHorn for me — I’m officially a Texas Roadhouse girl!

We went for my daughter’s birthday and really enjoyed ourselves. I had the Ribeye medium with loaded mashed potatoes and crispy brussel sprouts and it was so good. I didn’t really care for the bread but it was my preference. Service was overall good, the restaurant was packed so I understand. We will definitely be going back.

I literally go to Texas Roadhouse like ONCE a month, no matter where I am Why? ‘Cause it’s my all time fave and my ride or die is the prime rib
Honestly, the servers were insanely nice even more enthusiastic and friendly than the Texas location I usually go to . We were low-key touched by how sweet they were.
BUT…maybe it was the crazy snow and super late 8:30pm timing, but my steak wasn’t fresh It had that weird cow smell, and even though I ordered medium, it came out rare-medium and was literally bleeding on my plate. I asked them super politely to recook it, and OMG the server was SO kind A while later, my steak came back well-done and crispy … I was like, WHAT?? And the server looked even more mortified
I was like, “It’s okay, I get it” and just chilled
I mean… perfection doesn’t exist, right? But honestly, the warmth and kindness they showed me totally made up for it Plus, everything else other steaks, apps, sides was on point.
