My family and I order from here frequently but I believe tonight will be our last! Almost every time we order I end up getting an 8 oz sirloin instead of what I actually ordered and paid for which is an 11 oz sirloin! Thanks a million for cheating me out of $4 extra dollars on almost every order I’ve made with y’all! The steak I ordered was supposed to be medium but I got medium rare instead, I suppose that’s better than being burned to a crisp like it has in the past. Also we’ve had times where part of our order was not in the bag as it should be such as tonight. It’s one thing if it’s once in awhile but this has become frequent!

I believe Jennifer was the name of our waitress and she was wonderful! She was extremely friendly. The service was prompt and we got to hear lovely stories about her granddaughters. The food was exceptional even though I didn’t care for the green beans. I can’t wait for the next time we dine in.

I Waited 2 Hours To Get My Food , When I Received The 1st Meal It Was Extremely Burnt & Also Didn’t Receive All Of My FOOD ! The Second Time I Received My Food My Steak Was Very Bloody Dripping Blood When I Asked For It To Be Real Done .

Amazing food and service! Was on waitlist and was told 40 minutes, and it took exactly 40 minutes to get a table! Every employee encountered was extemely friendly! Had 8 Oz New York Strip with Loaded Baked Potato and House Salad, and split a Cactus Blossom with my mom as a starter. Everything was fantastic! And you can never go wrong with their rolls and cinnamon butter! Exactly what you want from a restaurant, good job Texas Roadhouse! Will definitely come back.

One the best casual Steakhouses . Steaks are always tender and well prepared to your specifification Side choices are very good Especially side salad along with in house made dressings Partial to French and Ranch. Sweet potatoes are a good choice
