My steak arrived burnt! It was suppose be medium. The top looked cooked correctly the bottom side was black. I’m very disappointed. I will not be back to this location. The waitress has been friendly. The restaurant over all was dirty.

Checked in on line 20 mins ahead online we arrived around 430 pm. It was already extremely full and hard to find a parking space that wasn’t a long walking distance. The check in after arriving was confusing and stressful. I also checked in in person. The lady said to stay close because we we was almost ready and watch my phone. I literally stayed in front of the lady a few steps out of the way. I kinda felt like we were treated like cattle but having to check in 4 times before being seated. Then when seated our waitress was very polite and professional. The food was beautiful, but EXTREMELY peppery even the side salads.the drink refills consists of catching someone so they could let our server know and I ended up taking home my beef tips to feed it to the cats. My mom didn’t take her grilled shrimp home because she didn’t think they would eat them due to spiciness. The whole process took about 2 1/2 hours. The price was reasonable for what we received especially since the portion size was quite large. It was worth the

Meh. I don’t understand why people love this place. I ordered online because I knew it would be busy. Still had to wait about 30 extra minutes. Was told “five more minutes” because they were waiting on the rolls. The food was okay, nothing special. Maybe I just don’t understand the kids menu but in what world is this an order of chicken tenders???

For starters I have now order food to go online at 3 different locations in 2 different states and ordered twice from the same location. The outcome has been the same but today takes the cake. I was at the Quincy location. Ordered food online and my time got moved back. Ok, no problem. Paid extra for a loaded baked potato. Not once in 4 tries did I ever get a loaded baked potato. No butter, sour cream or anything. The potato wasn’t even cut. Asked for silverware, didn’t get it. Got the 2 free buns included with the meal, no butter. And even though they moved my order back it still wasn’t ready. I travel for work and I will NEVER attempt to order Texas Roadhouse food again.

My husband and I have never eaten at a Texas Roadhouse before. So we decided to give it a try, and I can’t believe what we have been missing out on! They were busy, but we got seated immediately, and her order for drinks taken immediately. Service was spectacular. The gal brought my steak out and asked me to cut into it to see if it was cooked right, and I was very impressed by this. Well, it was pretty pink, so she took it back and made it how I wanted it, and it was perfect. The total cost was very surprising. We were sure it would cost a lot more than it did. My only complaint was one of the workers was either lazy, or on break, but she was leaning on the booth talking to the customers behind us, and her hair was swinging and touching me, and she was extremely loud and obnoxious. I wish I had gotten her name. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

This Texas Roadhouse is alright. If you order a steak expect it to be cooked wrong but they will try and fix it. The appetizers usually come quick but sometimes they are out of certain items. I enjoy coming here since I’m working from out of town and this place makes me feel close to home.

So, with this location opening at 4pm, you literally have to be there at 4. By 4:10, the line was out both doors onto the sidewalk. You can phone order ahead, walk up to the side window and order as well. We were seated at 4:15. It took 30 min to get our water. My husbands drink went dry 3 times before our fried pickles appetizer came out, which was missing the dipping sauces. I received my house salad at around 50 min into our meal. Then we received, our steak dinners at 5.45, so a good 2 hrs from start to finish. My red sangria $7/drink was made wrong (new bartender was the excuse). No draft beers. My steak was ordered Medium Well it came out dry and cold. Not our favorite visit this time. However, I gave 3 stars one for the amazing holiday decor and overall cleanliness of the building. 1 for the warm delicious rolls with honey butter, and 1 because our waiter was nice just needed more training.

Prices have gone way up, and both food quality and portion sizes have seemed to go down. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Wait times to be seated and to receive food were low. The restaurant was clean and well maintained.

As always, the Texas Roadhouse in Quincy IL delivered a great dining experience! Even though they were busy, our waitress made sure we had everything we needed and refilled our drinks several times! I had the 8 Oz Sirlion, baked potato, and side salad. The meal was delicious! The side salad was fresh and crunchy! The potatoes was hot, fluffy, and drowning in butter and sour cream! I highly recommend eating rhe potato skin too. I think they brine their potatoes before baking so the skin is salty and delicious. I ordered my steak medium rare, and it came to me cooked medium, but it was still good. No need to send it back or to ding the food or experience. Just a word of caution… you may need to order your steak a little more on the rare side in order to get the proper cook, especially if you like your with some red or pink on the inside. All in all, great experience and we will be going back again!
