Great experience at Texas Roadhouse! Even though it was very busy with so many people, the wait time was surprisingly fast. The service was excellent — our server was a true gentleman, very polite and attentive. The food came out fresh and was absolutely delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly. Definitely coming back again!

I love Texas Roadhouse but, not this one. From the moment we sat, I had to ask for the bread and butter. Then ask for a butter knife of silverware for us. One steak supposed to be med well was medium, no biggie. My medium well was closer to rare. I would also not be surprised that my 16 oz ribeye wasn’t 16oz being such a thin slice. I had to send it back because the more I cut into it the rarer it got. The Manager brought it back and didn’t seem too apologetic.
I am used to an amazing meal and experience when I go to TRH but this was a wamp wamp wamp

We had such a great experience. There was no wait. Our server was very attentive and brought us drinks and rolls before we were out. All the food was fresh and tasty. My favorite by far is the herb crusted chicken with baked sweet potato and broccoli. Definitely try the baked sweet potato loaded if you have a sweet tooth it comes with Carmel and marshmallows. We also got the original long island iced tea and for only $5 it was a really good drink!

Always great food…never disappointed. The bread is always so fresh and delicious. The steak and shrimp is amazing…perfectly seasoned and cooked. I also have the seasoned rice…it’s so flavorful.

I’ve been to several texas roadhouses over the years, and they mostly seem the same in quality. The service is usually great (and Sammy was pretty good!), but the food is just okay. The vibe is fun but it’s dark as hell, and I’d like to see my food better. The fried pickles are tasty, but kinda salty and you hit palate fatigue pretty quickly. The same goes for the cactus blossom fried onion on a different visit. THE BREAD AND CINNAMON BUTTER IS PROBABLY THE BEST OUT OF ANY RESTAURANT! (Hot, soft and perfectly paired). The chili is decent and probably the best side so I usually do two of those . I got the ribeye and ribs combo. The ribs were flake off the bone, tender, but dry as hell and kind of coarse in texture. I ordered the steak medium rare, but it came out more of a medium well just like at one of their other locations. There was maybe one bite that was closer to medium rare. The smokehouse burger is pretty tasty. Our server, Sammy did offer to have things remade better, but I consider wasting meat pretty heinous, so that was their shot. A higher ranking staff member also came out to address the issues (he informed that it’s the luck of the draw and some parts of the rib area are drier than others, and it happens to him when he orders the ribs too. I hadn’t had enough of the steak to mention the overdoness or so I assumed) and made the same offer but I declined. We visited because we had a gift card for here that covered 1/3 of the ~$75 bill, but I would not choose to dine at this chain again (longhorn steakhouse is better for steak).
Everything does appear brighter only in photos.

I came in this evening and had an excellent meal. It was just me so sat at the bar. My steak was tender, juicy, and flavorful, even though it was well well done. My server was Amina and she was awesome. Everything was great. She had a great attitude and was very attentive.

This was a nice dinner. It is quite loud and mostly for younger crowd. The peanuts are a nice touch. It was very busy on a Friday evening, we waited 20 minutes. We got a nice booth seating. Service is great. The bread is freshly baked and very fluffy. The butter for the bread is sweet cinnamon… The steak is a nice tender cut and very juicy marbled and fire charred but had no seasoning even though we specifically asked for extra seasoning. Sides are very small. And almost everything has pork in it so you can’t modify it. The fried pickles appetizer was awesome and the ranch was fresh thick homemade and the buffalo sauce was homemade quite spicy peppery with black pepper and maybe cayenne with lingering heat just really the best buffalo sauce we’ve had, more orange in color than red and not vinegary sour like others. All in all it was a great experience, just wish the steak had seasoning and the sides were bigger and with more options. Also the sides were cold- the mash potato and the corn were cold and mix veggies was more carrots and few broccoli, mushrooms were cold and no seasoning. Fried pickles were awesome and I think the jalapeno bites would have been awesome too but we didn’t try it. Oh and it was cheaper than longhorn but longhorn has better steak seasoning and bigger sides without pork.

I love this new Texas roadhouse location. It’s better than the original one on patriot Lane the Patriots one was a nightmare to get in. Luckily, this new one is a lot better to get into the parking lot. Our steaks were amazing. The rolls were delicious. Recommend this great stuff I love Texas roadhouse

Went to Naperville for a birthday dinner. Early in evening so not busy at all. Got greated at door and asked to stand by the butcher cooler. Not talked to again. Waited few minutes while workers walked past you and 2 standing at the hostess stand. No body saying a word. Not we will be right with you or anything. I just left and went down the road to Miller’s. Excellent service
