Salad was great. No offer on drink refills. I ordered Rib eye and ribs. (See photo). Rib eye was over cooked, super thin, over salted. Only ate 1/2. Ribs fell off the bone but 1 side was burnt… see photo.
Hubby had steak and shrimp. His steak was also over salted. Our potatoes were not hot, just lukewarm.

If you go in and get Cheryl as a server, know that you are about to get TOP NOTCH service. We have been many times to this location and have always had wonderful experiences but we had Cheryl tonight she takes the cake. She was amazing, attentive, knowledgeable and her script game is STRONG. She came up to the table asking if we wanted an ice cold beer and I was sold. The food was perfect and though I didn’t get a beer I did have 2 margaritas and they were in fact ice cold. Will be back a million times over. ❤️❤️❤️

My husband and I ate here last week – we are not new the Missoula location – but on this evening we asked about catering for a get together we were having the next night. Our server, Dolly was fab! Super friendly, funny, engaging, and we had a great time chatting real estate, family and life. She said to chat with the owner about catering. When the owner, JJ popped over to our table, he was great about offering timeframe for the catering. He sat with us a good 15 minutes and discussed everything from the opening of the restaurant to their catering menu.
Great service all evening from the hostesses to our server to the get to know the owner session. Atmosphere is always fun in this restaurant with the line dances and saddle birthdays!

first time eating here. i was very impressed with the service and the prices were great compared to other places with similar items. i had the chicken fried steak and it was real chicken and real mashed potatoes (seemed a little too whipped.) but good the salad was good and the rolls were really good with the honey butter. but the price is what really surprised me $14 for the dinner. and it was a huge size piece of chicken and even took some home. was very good and filling. will return. and the staff was really helpful and on top of things. i give them an A++

It’s truly a nice place with fair prices. However, our server sat beside us and made my date uncomfortable. He did that for all the tables and it was just very awkward. The photo I took was him “trying” to flirt with a group of ladies. I don’t know if he thinks this is cool or welcoming but it was definitely very weird. Im an industry worker and I hope if I did that or any of my servers did that me or my staff would be fired immediately.

I gotten TR to go previously, but before last week had never eaten inside the restaurant. Boy was I missing out!!! I already knew their food was , but what sets the Missoula, MT location apart is their people. Every single employee I had the pleasure of interacting with was exceptionally pleasant. My favorite was my server (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name… a silver haired gentleman who was a Bears fan) Thank you for taking the time to make me feel seen & welcome. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the owner, JJ. I appreciate you taking the time to visit at my table & making my visit there phenomenal. My server tonight mentioned how great of a boss you were. For a person who doesn’t like dining in at restaurants, you guys have definitely won me over. I look forward to visiting again & again. Please keep doing what you’re doing!

Stopped in to the Missoula Montana branch and was thoroughly impressed. No wait, they got us right in on a Friday evening. Our server was Mike, he was friendly, thorough and attentive. Management was hands on and engaged. Food was perfect and abundant. We drove @3 hrs for some shopping and this was the perfect cap for the day. I’m kinda thinking we will be back soon and regularly. Thank you to the crew for a great dining experience!

Husband and I just had dinner there a couple of nights ago with our kids. Food was great but service was phenomenal. Our server was amazing, friendly and attentive. Manager brought our food out and talked to us. He was very nice and easy to talk to. I wish I could give this review more stars as they truly were amazing and we had a great experience. Seems like customer service has gone down at most places but texas roadhoused definitely is going well above the standards. We will definitely go back.

The Food was delicious: taste, texture, cooked to the right temperatures & fresh. It was perfect! The server the amazing never saw her stop walking/running around & refilling drinks & bringing fresh buns when out. Friendly & professional. Manager came by to see how everything was cooked & how the service was.

My wife and I went out the other night, for our weekly date night. We usually end up at Texas Rosdhouse, once or twice a month. I don’t think we’ve ever had the same server twice.
Last night we had Dolly. Our beverages never were empty. She made sure my food sensitivities were taken care of. More so, she was sn absolute delight.
Next time you’re in, ask for Dolly. We sure will.
