Very very packed, and loud. The food was outstanding though I will say that, both the prime rib and the steak were both cooked to the perfect temperature which is rare from a steakhouse, no pun intended. The only caveat is the waitliat system is a little counterintuitive, And even though I signed up and was there at the right time we still ended up waiting about 25 minutes more. Overall 4 out of 5 stars

This review is given on a visit from opening night. I will update this review after a second visit after things have slowed down a bit.
I’ve eaten at the El Paso location and some of my review will be comparing to that location.
SERVICE
We utilized the waitlist and expected to wait an hour before being seated. We arrived at the top end of the time frame given and waited in the doorway for instructions for about 15 minutes while others were seen inside. A member of our party inquired about our table and the girl just said, its not ready yet. About 10 more minutes goes by before she seemed irritated and told us to wait inside…it was opening night, none of us knew there was an inside waiting room. We waited 15 more minutes in the waiting room, then we were headed to another waiting area for 5 more minutes and then finally our table.
Our server was Jessica and she was fantastic! She got our orders and came back to check on drinks and bread. There did seem to be a disconnect as our drinks did not come and then the bar only brought 2. Jessica quickly brought the rest up on checking on us.
The food servers brought us our meal, except it wasn’t our meal and we had to give them back lol. I did kind of cringe that they were given to us and our hands had touched the plates and then they gave them to the other guest! Eek!

It took another hour to receive our food.
FOOD.
As expected, terrific, well cooked
And tasty! Drinks were mixed well. No complaints at all in the food area!
Warning: if you have a peanut allergy, people throw peanut shells on the floor and it appears on group seating areas…so be careful!
ATMOSPHERE:
I expected loud, as is the way of the roadhouse. But this location was WAY to loud. (Im actually hard of hearing, so usually loud music is not an issue!) I suspect many of the errors made on the floor was due to the staff being unable to hear the customers. I love the TR liveliness and fun, but when its too loud to function its not fun anymore.

Food: Amazing meal, huge portions, very reasonable prices. Atmosphere: lively, booth seats are higher and it feels more private-music was a touch loud for my taste and having conversations. Staff: Staff do some line dancing, our server was super awesome, made meal recommendations, and accommodated my dietary needs.
Will be back for sure.

Me and my husband are from El Paso, Texas and we love going to TxRH down there. We were super excited for their new location in Great Falls and it did not let us down. We loved it!! Made us feel at home!

•HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR THE RIGHT PRICE ON A STEAK.
•Waiters Lorenzo and Ryder were too cool and so helpful. I recommend asking for these serves when you go in.
•Managers took care of us after a steak was a bit cold but their customers service was A1 and tended to us right away.
•Don’t forget to say Yeehaw!!!!!

10/10 best place to eat the atmosphere is great the food is wonderful and can’t forget about our amazing servers Drew and Ryder! They where amazing and our glasses where never empty and if we where done with a plate they where on top of it. If you get the chance to go definitely ask for one of these two cause you will have a great experience!

My husband and I came down from Canada and had supper here on a Sunday evening. It was very busy and we had to wait about a half hour for a table. We got a text saying our table was ready. We were greeted with a very friendly host. Our server Lorenzo was exceptional. He was so friendly and helpful and very apologetic of the wait. The food was great sides were not as hot as we would have liked but the steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly. Thanks for the meal but we were very impressed with Lorenzo.

First things first. Use the waitlist function here on Google or via their website or app. You will be able to get seated in less than 10 minutes as apposed to waiting over an hour. We went on a Friday evening, got on the waitlist, and were seated within 5 minutes, where other people that showed up not on the waitlist were being told it was over an hour wait – and we are a family of 5.
That said, its Texas Roadhouse and they so far impressed us a lot. The food was fantastic, the server was very attentive for how busy it was, and we got our food in a reasonable amount of time. Lots of variety and choices for the whole family and we didn’t feel rushed to get in/out so they could turn the table over. Also, really great bang for the buck on the portion sizes. We spent less than $100 for the whole family, which is always a good deal.
Most of the negative reviews are about the wait time – and like I said above, that is easily fixed using the waitlist function. We will definitely be coming here again in the future.
