Good food, good service, even if it is super busy. I went here on a Saturday evening (I put myself on the waitlist *40* minutes before we got there) and was immediately seated and served (shout out Brandon!). The food was good and out in a reasonable amount of time.

This is a very busy place so book if you can. We waited 45 mins for a table but it was worth it. Staff are great, friendly and helpful. Very good menu, plenty of choice. Our food turned up quickly and didn’t disappoint. Good size portion and very tasty. Highly recommend.

Difficult to hear anything due to noise levels so conversation with staff was strained. Felt very ‘corporate talk’ than genuine customer service .
Varied menu, steaks were fine, fries were lukewarm when they arrived as was the buttered corn which had more liquid than butter.

My spouse and I shared a meal here on Sunday around 430pm. We sat at the bar since they quoted us 30 minutes for a party of 2, but no big deal. Upon sitting down we were greeted by Eleanore and Zach, who were amazing throughout our visit. We waited longer than usual for our salads and entrees but that was expected since they were pretty busy. I ordered an 8oz sirloin medium rare with shrimp, and thats when we ran into issues. My steak was more of a medium and a quarter of the way into it I found a hair. I told Zach who took the plate and asked if I wanted a new one. I said yes but was no longer hungry so planned on taking it home. A couple of minutes later the manager Victoria came over and had me check the steak to see if it was better.. I was a bit thrown off since it was a hair I found and not the temperature that was wrong. The steak she brought was almost raw so I had her take it back to cook a little longer. A few minutes later, she came back out with the steak which was cooked to a medium temperature now but we just accepted that. They didnt replace the combo, just the steak but Victoria didn’t seem very interested in making things right, nor did we receive an apology. When we received the check we noticed there was no attempt to make things right which is uncommon for Texas Roadhouse. Regardless, we took the steak, paid, and left. I was a bit disappointed in this visit.

Ordered the Chicken Critters family pack online, and it did not disappoint. Plenty of food for the whole family for 40 bucks!!! Chicken, corn, mashed potatoes, a MASSIVE salad, all the ranch you can eat and lets not forget those savory rolls and cinnamon butter, a whole pan to feed the fam. Plenty of food. We even had leftovers the next day!! It was all bagged up beautifully and stayed nice and fresh for the drive home. Also, I was very much impressed with the 5 star customer service, as I was serviced right away. Thanks for making our dinner something to remember. I will order this again!

Went in for a very late lunch/early dinner. Shocked by how busy they were, but wait time was very reasonable. The servers were, as usual, very quick and professional, and the food was delicious. LOVE their boneless wing appetizers! We got ribs and ribeye combos-always a favorite. It surprised me that all of this was almost the same price as buying just the steaks in a grocery store.

From entry to exit, the atmosphere was uncomfortable. Even for a Tuesday night, there was a 10-minute wait to be seated, and the music in the waiting area was blasting and unpleasant.

When my party of six was finally escorted to a booth, we were packed in shoulder-to-shoulder with almost no room to move. It was so tight that we couldn’t even cut our food without elbowing each other. Because of the seating situation, my wife had to empty her personal belongings out of her walker so the staff could take it to a different location because “it was in the way.”

The music was so loud that we had to yell just to understand one another. My son and I ended up zoning out on our phones because we couldn’t comfortably engage with the rest of the table.

As for the food, the appetizers arrived quickly and were described as “good, not great.” The entrees were a different story. If you like salt, this is the place for you. Everything was overly seasoned and salty—even the shrimp. I get the impression this is just how they prep it, but had I known “heavy on the salt” was the standard, I would have ordered a low-sodium meal. On the bright side, my steak was cooked correctly (medium well), and they did give me a veteran’s discount.

The “entertainment” was just as bad. At one point, Cowboy Troy’s “I Play Chicken with the Train” came over the blaring speakers, and about 10 employees lined up to dance. You could tell they were forced to do it by policy; half of them looked like they wanted to be anywhere else. It was a poor attempt to entertain us while they danced right next to our cramped table.

The price averaged about $30 a person for food that wasn’t great in a setting that wasn’t comfortable. The only bright spot was our waitress, who was a genuinely nice lady. We left her a tip because she was the only good thing about the experience.

Would I go back? Not a chance in hell.

There is a girl at the front named Ava who was very defensive, abrupt and cut me off several times as I was trying to just peaceful relay a message about our visit. We were a party of 12, I was told when got added to the wait list that they would have to split up our party and we would have two servers but they would keep us as close as they could. Estimated wait was 45-50 minutes. Okay, great all of that was good. We waited 75 minutes to be seated. Annoying but again okay. They brought us to our seats and a little upset to find they did a table of 8 and a table of 4 across the isle and diagonal from one another. We had passed 3 open- 6 tops that were back-to-back on our way to where we were sat.
Making our party very divided.
I wanted to just stop by the front on our way out to very politely say that this was disappointing as we saw better options. Ava was who I had talked with, she is who made this experience worth a review.
I started to tell Ava, “ Hey we were the party of 12 and were sat at two ta.” Didn’t let me finish trying to convey my message.
Defensively cut me off saying, “I know you were told you would have to sit at two different tables.”- Ava
“Yep, I was. That’s not what I’m trying to say though.”
“I can get you a manager.” Ava
“Nope, that’s not necessary. I just wanted to try say that the tables-“
Cut off again. “I can get you a manger.”-Ava
I just wanted to relay a simple message. It didn’t need to be a whole thing.
This whole conversation was short because she had an attitude and kept cutting me off.
My message- “Future wise, tables back-to-back if available would be nicer as opposed to across the isle and adjacent to each other.”
There were lots of disappointing things during this but the waiter can’t help the kitchen gave him a 1/2 frozen hot dog to bring us. Not his fault. Small things. Not review worthy and things happen. All good, I don’t sweat small things.
Ava cutting me off very defensively and bold in her delivery was the unsettling part of this experience. If I came at her angry and yelling then her reaction would have been warranted. I didn’t though. I came up quietly waited to be able to talk quickly with someone, and move on.
Sometimes people don’t need to make a complaint, just want say a quick comment about something not being ideal. No reason for the reaction I received.

Honestly, I didn’t even get to eat because the line was so long. I imagine with people willing to wait 40+ minutes in line the food must be beyond delicious, I wouldn’t know because we were not going to wait 40 minutes. I’m only reviewing to let others know to MAKE RESERVATIONS if you want to eat here. We went when it would seem that the business wouldn’t be so busy, we were wrong. It’s not fair to give them a one, but I can’t give them a better rating until I’m at least able to actually taste the food, see how the service is and feel the atmosphere. But, even the rating I gave them does nothing but make one want to try the place out, including me! As soon as I get to actually fine here I’ll update my rating and am almost certain it’ll be higher than it is now.
