Busy but that’s normal here lol make sure to join waitlist before arrival that is a must at least for me. Food was delicious steak tender medium well like I wanted. The strawberry lemonade so good and not too sweet. Waitress was super nice and attentive. Appetizers were good as well although I thought the cheese balls were a tad salty. Their ranch is sooooo good and creamy:)

It’s not a family-friendly restaurant, especially when dining with a family of more than three people. The person who greets you when you give your name and say you’re on the waiting list using the app simply tells you to sit down, that your check-in is complete, and that they will call you. If they don’t like you, you wait longer than expected. For logistical reasons, I assume, they prioritize couples, but even though there are tables for larger groups, they don’t seat people in the order they arrive. I’ve seen this firsthand. Another family arrived at the same time as us, and we did everything the same way. We came together, as I said, but decided to sit at separate tables to make it faster. While we were seated, the other family was made to wait 40-50 minutes later; an exaggerated amount of time, not even 5 or 10 minutes. We told the woman about it, and she corrected herself, saying she had made a mistake and that she would seat them in 15 minutes, which she did. So, seating isn’t based on arrival order but on how the staff feels about you. I really like the restaurant, but this isn’t the first or second time I’ve seen this kind of service from that woman, and it’s very annoying.
I’ve been here since 4:25 pm with a reservation. I received the check-in message, and they told me to sit down, but they never said they were going to make me wait an hour. It’s 5:27 and they still haven’t seated us. I’m going to document this, but I know they won’t do anything because, being a very busy restaurant, they don’t care if one customer is upset; but I can’t stay silent, because there was an elderly couple who arrived before me, and they were given a reservation time of 6 pm! Wow, if that’s how they treat senior citizens, what can I expect?

My waitresss is phenomenal. My salad came out and had a bug in it. My waiter got the manager. I asked the manager what kind of bug it was and she responds “oh it’s just a bug” . Then offers to replace my salad. I tell her I can’t even stomach to eat it since she can’t tell me what kind of bug it is. It was alive and moving in my dressing. As a business owner myself I would be comping the entire meal and apologizing until I’m red in the face. She treated me like I was in the wrong and I had no words. Again i understand things happen and my waiter was great. The manager though makes this a zero star review. I’ve ate here many times and never have been treated like that.

Plenty of parking. Bathrooms are needing attention more frequently due to bus loads of loud kids. The food was so delicious. It was hot and delicious. The hot rolls and butter was awesome. It was date night with my husband and we always enjoy a good meal on date night. Wait was 45-55 minutes. Attentive friendly staff. Very busy. Texas roadhouse is always a GREAT place to dine. It shows by the wait times to get a table. That is the only issue. But if you want a great place to eat, just plan ahead. By an hour. Or two sometimes.
Value is pretty good to for the value of service and quality of food.

Kayla did everything to make our son with food allergies feel safe. She checked his requirements 3 times. The food was very good. He loved his steak. Short wait. Everyone very friendly. Anyone can make good food, the staff here were great people. That is the hard part.

Food was fine. Wait was 1.30/1.15. Got on wait list. Told us to wait and we would be next, that was after 6 partys came walking before us. Young hostess girl just cockily smiled. Manager came around asking how everything is while we were eating and a mouth full. Won’t waste my time again here. Better places around to go to than this attitude filled crowd house
