I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Texas Roadhouse! From the moment we walked through the door, the atmosphere was high-energy, welcoming, and perfectly suited for a great night out. We were seated quickly despite the crowd, and our server was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout the entire meal.
The food was the real highlight. We started with those legendary fresh-baked rolls and cinnamon honey butter—they were warm, fluffy, and honestly worth the visit alone. For the main course, I ordered the hand-cut ribeye, and it was cooked to absolute perfection. The steak was juicy, seasoned beautifully, and incredibly tender. The sides were equally impressive; the loaded baked potato and the seasoned corn were fresh and flavorful.
What I love most about this location is the consistency. The kitchen clearly takes pride in the quality of the meat, and the staff makes sure you feel like a valued guest. It’s rare to find a place that manages to be this busy while still maintaining such high standards for both service and food quality. If you’re looking for a hearty, delicious meal with a great Texas-style vibe, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll be back very soon!

Never been to this location before. Came all the way from Pennsylvania and was not disappointed at all. They were very busy but organized and knew how to handle the rush. Not a long wait to be seated or to get the food. Our waitress Grace was absolutely amazing and totally made the visit even more worth it. And the food was delicious.

Edit: Dined here again today to give it another chance, and it was the worst service we’ve ever received and we were there at 3:30, so it wasn’t even busy. The waitress kept forgetting what we asked for and it took 15 minutes just for me to get my drink. Then later I asked for more honey mustard and it took her another 15 minutes to bring that after she already brought us something else we previously asked for. To make matters worse, I called to talk to a manager and told him my experience and all he said was “I’ll talk to the waitress about it” and then he hung up!! No resolution from management whatsoever. Absolutely disgusted by the attitude problem at this restaurant. I ended up calling corporate and they sent us a gift card and handled it properly.

The chicken was mostly fat, the macaroni was dry and barely any cheese, the bread had drops of bbq sauce on it and was dry/old. The worst part, the potatoes had some big chunk of something black at the bottom so I didn’t see it until I already ate some of it. Very disappointed, will not be returning to this location.

We have been to Texas Roadhouse plenty of times. We checked in through the app and waited for about an hour. When we got there, it was very busy and very crowded. We were seated and our waiter was very very good. He took good care of us and even let my son sit on the saddle for his birthday. I do recommend this restaurant, but use the app to check in.

They have a wide variety of food here from steak to burgers, fish, chicken ,soup and salad. we’ve tried burgers here. I do enjoy their fish dinner you get more than enough to eat. I tried the beef
which I felt were a little salty. I guess the burgers are good I personally do not care for burgers, but the rest of my family said they were good.

We have always had an excellent experience at this location. Staff is professional and friendly. Good always arrives correctly and quickly and hot. Servers have always been attentive to the needs at the table. A manager always touches the table after the food arrives to see if everything is ok.

Staff was extremely friendly, buns were to die for, parking is plentiful haha can’t go wrong with a Texas Roadhouse! We ordered 2 different plate combos a steak & shrimp and a steak & ribs. They both came out great exactly like we ordered. Great servicing size as usual! You always end up brining left overs home haha!

The food is always good here. You can always count on a quality well cooked steak. I had the bone in ribeye, it was cooked perfectly and perfect marbling. This is one of the best values on the steak menu. The soft Hot bread is unbelievable, it’s so good, but these can fill you up in a heartbeat. And who doesn’t like free peanuts? Even if you’re not at the ball game. The Atmosphere is a bit loud here, so if you’re coming for a meeting, probably not the best idea.

Went in on a Friday at 530, was seated immediately with my family of 7 even though it was a busy night. I ordered one drink from the bar which took almost 20 minutes to get even though others received drinks immediately. Received all adult dishes timely yet our only kid meal didn’t come until another 15-20 minutes later after everyone else was done! Kids meals should come before any others I would say but we shared and I guess lucky they have bread to tide you over? Main dishes were mediocre. There’s much better places for food and better service in Eau Claire. I won’t be headed back to TR ever again, no thanks!
