I can’t say enough nice things, I’ve never been to a Texas Roadhouse before and they treated me well they even gave me a koosie and a free appetizer since it was my first time. The steak was cooked exactly how I wanted it and was a good price for the 16oz I got. I definitely recommend coming here.

I dined alone tonight and was seated in a back corner, not sure if that would have contributed to me being checked on a lot less or not. It started off great. Got my salad and water and enjoyed it. My steak came out shortly after, my water was gone at this point and got no refill. I eat my baked potato which was delicious. I haven’t been checked on and still needed water. I waited a bit and it seemed to be a manager that came over and asked how i was doing. Told her I woild like some A1 and a refill which she came back shortly with. I start cutting into my steak that I had ordered medium rare and it was borderline raw. I put my knife and fork down and waited for someone. About 10 minutes had past and I haven’t seen anyone and wasnt able to wave anyone down. A different waitress came to their station, so I get up and tell them my steak is still mooing. She came over quickly to address it. I eventually get a new cut of steak and after complaining I started to get checked on more for refills and such.
I spent an hour and a half after a long day at work dealing with this. I love Texas Roadhouse, but this just wasnt a great visit.

Let me just say on 10/1 My Waitress Kim,,,, She made my birthday the most beautiful experience. She was patient, kind, and most of all she had compassion and active listening skills. It was the best customer experience ever and the Manager Brandon he is a real Manager and cares about customer satisfaction!

Came here for a late Valentine’s day date with my fiance and were treated with the best service we’ve ever received anywhere. Our waitress Angela was truly amazing and was adamant on checking on us. Compliments to the chef/kitchen staff, as this was the BEST salmon I’ve ever had in my life, and my fiance said the same for her steak. We will absolutely be coming back here again, thank you to every worker who made it such a great experience!

I would have given no stars for the food quality if I could.The bar visit was good. When it was time for us to be seated in the dining room, everything declined. My boyfriend’s food was at room temperature. And my chicken was not good. The flavor tasted off and after a few bites I felt like I needed to throw up. On the positive the bread was good and my boyfriend’s side salad was nice and fresh.

The food is subpar. The ribeye was the best part. The ribs were terrible. Just avoid the fries. The mac and cheese had decent flavor but the texture was grainy from whatever powder they use. For presentation, they just throw it on the plate.
Concerning the atmosphere, it is obnoxiously loud, people yelling throughout your meal.
I do not recommend coming here.

Tyler was the absolute best server we’ve ever had anywhere last night. He asked that we ask for him in the future which made the night even more special because we felt SO appreciated! The food for both of us was cooked to ABSOLUTE perfection. I’m not hard to impress, but she IS!! I alone haven’t had a steak that perfect maybe ever. See you again SOON!

All around great place to eat. There was an hour wait time, however, it was closer to 50 minutes. Service was quick and efficient and the food was as expected, salty but delicious lol. I can’t get enough of those bloomin onions. Hands down the best appetizer. Only downside, in my opinion, was that the full slab of ribs looked a bit on the smaller side. otherwise, the food was delicious and I was stuffed to bursting. I would recommend this place.

Everything was great and will be back. One thing to note is they get extremely busy on Saturdays. Was on a wait list for 70 minutes when first putting my name in at 5:15pm. Very impressed with their service as everything came out timely and servers checked on us often while the place was packed. Only issue is some cross contamination withe fish as i have a food allergy. I had a reaction afterwards but won’t hold it against them given how busy they were.

So, we tell our 12yr old wrestling tonight, if he wins this tournament, (btw he has never won one) we can have Texas Roadhouse tonight…whelp, he won all 4 matches, techfalled one and pinned the other 3, the kid REALLY loves this restaurant. And so do we. We love the staff, the service, and the food. We’ve been customers here for decades and absolutely love this place. (We even advertise our businesses here)
