Super crowded for a Tuesday at 6. Still, got seated quickly and our server, Ally, was there right away. The NY Strip was amazing, as were the ribs. Blended margaritas were the best though!

Ordered a “8oz Filet” steak that turned out to be ridiculously tiny for the price. Definitely not what I expected from a place known for big portions. I ended up asking for my money back because it just wasn’t worth it. Really disappointing experience.

We had a great experience at this Texas roadhouse our server was extremely friendly and on point the whole night. She interacted with my one-year-old constantly every time she came over to the table, which was super nice. He absolutely loved her. All of our food came out perfect and we didn’t have to wait at all to be seated.

Went to Texas Roadhouse Waukesha for my bf birthday Tues night with the family. We live about a half hour away, looked at the wait time when we started, said 10min at 5:30, so didn’t go on the wait list at first. As we got 10min away pulled it up was now 25-35min, put us on the list and we are prepared to wait. We go inside, wait, wait, and wait. Everyone around us is seated. We waited 40min for a table. There were plenty of open tables and I get could be because of the staff they were only seating some of them.
Sat down. The waitress, Clarissa didn’t bring plates right away with the rolls so we ended up just eating on our napkins. (I personally had 2 before she came with plates). We were quite hungry by then. She took our drink order and my bf said to her my gf might want what I want but to check with me, and got everyone else’s drink order. She didn’t check with me, and I did want a different drink than what he was having (I was very disappointed, didn’t want it at all). Drinks came. Didn’t offer the 3 kids straws and one was overflowing, she definitely needed and wanted one and had to wait until she returned. We ordered. Wait time was ok. I specifically said no bacon on my fries but cheese and there were bits of bacon and the crazy part is she literally said as she passed it to me, fries with cheese, no bacon. My bf’s med/rare prime rib was overdone and it was the butt/end of the it. Maybe things are different nowadays but normally you don’t serve the very end to a customer. You flip it over not appetizing at all. The dinner did not come with the kids chili side I had to call the waitress over for that, and it came towards the end of our dinner. When I returned home I didn’t even realize they didn’t bring my side of corn either! How did I pay for a dinner that I didn’t even get the full thing! That is honestly what prompted me to write this, normally I do not write reviews but this is one of the worst times I have experienced at a restaurant. I will add my 13-year-old said his chicken was overdone but I will take that with a grain of salt since I did not try it and can’t confirm. She did give us extra rolls at the end which was a nice touch. The birthday call out was also done very well. The main reason we went, the prime rib, to not turn out well and the sides that we had to call out not coming out and then not coming at all, we probably will not return there, at least that location.

Had a great dinner at Texas Roadhouse! Our waiter, Diego, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. I ordered the 12 oz sirloin with a baked potato and corn, and everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Great food, great service—definitely coming back!

Good food for a decent price and is my go to for a decent ribeye steak but they also have good chicken dishes also. Place is always packed so out your name in the wait-list well before you get there. The one con I would say is the noise levels and every time there is a birthday they have to do the whole shouting thing.

Despite the music always being slightly loud over the years, we always enjoy the service and food. Our server this past Saturday, Madison, was exceptional with our party of six.
And they were very accommodating, seating us immediately when one of our couples arrived 15 mins late.

Went to celebrate my Mom’s 65th Birthday. We had 15 ppl. Had to wait a really long time because 1 person wasn’t there. Then they set us in w different booths so we couldn’t even all laugh and eat together. The other booth (which should have been 1 table) ate & got to go plates before we even got food. Tte 2nd table (my table) food came out cold & some orders wrong. The original waiter stopped & then the manager served us. I signed up for the birthday appetizer & my mom had previously signed up but they wouldn’t honor mine or her because the email wouldn’t show up. The good point is they sang happy birthday to my mom. We normally ha e a good time there & spend lots of money. But I couldn’t imagine we all would drive that far & have that experience. We /I have a lot of suggestions. But we made the best of the day since we lover her so much.

Wow. So good! I had a great time and my server (Joe) was superb. I went there with my cousins and I loved it so much! First we got the bread and that sweet butter! Loved it so much I ordered some to take home. My order was a steak – a 16 oz ribeye and I had several appetizers, rattlesnake bites, potato skins, and cheesy fries. For desert I had the strawberry cheesecake and brownie with ice cream. I will definitely return. This location is an easy five stars and the server Joe is 5+ stars.

We decided to go to Texas Roadhouse for lunch on a whim and honestly, our party wasn’t expecting much. But that changed very quickly. Our server was fantastic. She was attentive but wasn’t hovering. Was on top of drinks, knew when to take our order, and even brought us extra bread. The food was so much better than we anticipated! The steaks were all cooked perfectly and well seasoned. One of the best restaurant experiences our family has had in a long time. 100% would recommend this location to anyone and plan on returning.
