Went out for a nice dinner with my daughter tonight and I really regret the decision. My daughter ordered a burger – medium well and I had a New York Strip-medium. As you can see from the pictures, both were raw. The young man that served us was very nice and the terrible food wasn’t his fault, so I didn’t complain (that’s on me) but I will never be back. What I paid for and what I received were two completely different things

We were visiting Sheboygan (from Texas) and we ate here twice. Our first visit, our server was Marcos – he was very attentive – drinks stayed filled and he’s super polite and he made sure everything was great. Tonight our server was Deim .. she was great as well! I have to say that I believe this location is better than our usual one in Texas! Our server from the first visit, Marcos, recognized us and checked to see if we needed anything. He even recalled the beer I drank from the first visit. It’s very refreshing to see younger people taking pride in their work! Thank Y’all for making our dining experience very enjoyable!

Going out of my way to write a review specifically to highlight my server, Fiko. He was incredible, some of the best service I’ve had at a restaurant. He consistently checked on us despite having multiple other tables, confirmed our menu choices and read them back to us, and overall just made us feel very welcomed. When we left, he thanked us for dining there and gave us his best wishes. Fiko was a perfect example of incredible service and hospitality. He deserves a bonus or free food for a year or something. Guy was genuinely an incredible server. He made my wife and I happy we stopped in and gave us our best experience at this restaurant

Stopped on a Wednesday around 330 . With my godchild Not very busy walk in after 2 other couples they were seated right away we were told to stand in a red box after about 5 min the 2 employees that toke the other groups to be seated came back and told us we had to wait 10 more min for a waiter to be seated. I responded by informing them not waiting we went to Olive Garden got seated right away and they were just as busy Food was Great Thanks Texas Road House for referring a better restaurant I will be going there from now on You Lost A Customer.

Thomasha was our waitress and she did a great job with us! So helpful and polite and kind! Got us extra dips and more. The food was very good, very good! I had the fish and steak fries and the fish was cooked so well and seasoned so good. I enjoyed a strawberry lemonade which was very tasty! My wife had portable mushroom chicken with rice and enjoyed all of it also! We both got sweet potatoes and those were excellent as well! We shared a brownie at the end and it was so good and attractive to look at too!

TRH has been somewhere my family and I frequent at least 6+ times per year. Our last 3 experiences since Christmas have been pretty deplorable. One of the visits they were completely out of bread, another visit they were out of all potato options except fries, the steaks have been cooked not to order and have been bland and dry. My last visit was just yesterday, where there were no rolls upon getting seated, which is fine, the hostess said the server would bring them right out. We had to ask for a server, as others around us were seated after us and the server went to those tables and brought rolls. This same server ended up being our server. We gave our order and I asked if he could bring some rolls out. He said yes. He brought the cesar salad that was ordered in a dirty bowl, there appeared to be egg and bbq sauce smeared on it, with what appeared to be a half eaten Ceasars salad in it. There was no cheese and 1 crouton. Fearful to send it back, but I did, the new one came out with a mound of cheese on it, whatever. Rolls were still not brought at that time. Asked for rolls again, we got the rolls with our main course. The green beans were swimming in liquid, very mushy and tasted terrible, definitely not how they typically come. The ribs were almost all charred, crispy as could be. My steak was supposed to be medium, it was well at best, with no flavor, and drier than a day old porkchop. I won’t get into the terrible family with 3 young children who were letting their kids jump over the booth onto other patrons, having a full blast FaceTime call the entire dinner. TRH used to be somewhere we went to for a special dinner, I would think with Longhorn opening up any day now that TRH would want to be keeping their loyal customers instead of ensuring they don’t return.

We travel about 30 minutes to dine at Texas Roadhouse because we think the food is amazing. We chose TRH for our Valentines lunch. We were taken to our table which was the smallest table we’ve ever eaten at (I called it a kids table) I have pics because we were a little shocked but shrugged it off. We were never brought any hot rolls. We had to ask twice before we got them. Our table was only big enough to have our drinks, appetizer which came out before our dinner rolls finally were brought to our table and the caddy for sauces, napkins and the shakers. At this point, we did ask the waitress where we were she planned on putting our plates of food? She then offered to take away our rolls and our blooming onion to make room and that was just brought to our table and we were still eating. By this time we were pretty upset with the whole thing. We were never brought anymore dinner rolls but she did send the manager over at this point who offered to let us move to any one of the many open tables. We declined to move because we were already more than half way into our meal. We did get comped about 25.00 off our bill but not one sorry from the manager. Happy Valentine’s Day to us!

I ordered prime rib, a Caesar salad, and a loaded baked potato. Everything was done well and flavorful. The host was nice, and the service was good and quick. I think the prime rib was a bit salty and the Caesar needed a Little more dressing.

We went there with my family from out of town who came from Florida, they have never been to a Texas roadhouse…our server was super nice, first off, our server made sure he loaded our table with 4 baskets of rolls and butter for the 6 of us, never gave us silverware, had to ask for it twice…we ordered appetizers right away, when we ordered our drinks..got our drinks..no apps…we made a comment about not getting them to our server, and he told us he would go check the kitchen…about 10 minutes later we got our side salads still no apps…our entrees came. Still no appetizers…I the (birthday girl) didn’t even get my bowl of chili I ordered…I ordered a salad and soup for my dinner….I again told our food runner we never received our appetizers…he then shouted across the table to our server who was at another table to come over..I then told him…he told me kitchen salad and appetizer side is really slow and struggling tonight…finally they dropped off our appetizers when we were done eating. We at this point didn’t even want them it was for far after the fact. We asked to talk to a manager…our server told us he removed the missing chili and the appetizers…he never showed us a bill…just told us how to pay…we again asked to speak to a manager…he gave us a bill with all the items still on bill….we saw our server talking to the manager yet she shook her head, and never came over…even after fully aware we were unhappy…I finally flagged her down myself because she finally came near our table…she was rude, could totally tell she knew what our situation was , we told her about not receiving our apps until well into our dinner and instead of apologizing, she goes up snatches the receipt and goes he gave you the old receipt…and I told her we never seen any receipt until the 2nd time he always held on to it….she was absolutely unapologetic, she came back with our bill and the appetizers were still on the bill, I said why are they still on? She got snotty and goes “sweetheart look at the bottom its taken off at the bottom ” I apologized for not seeing it and she just walked away….I’ve never met such a unprofessional, careless manager like her in there before or honestly in a restaurant in a long time. Did I leave out i am a chef? 30 years in restaurant business!? Awful manager…she never told us her name, she was very cold and did not care. And I can definitely tell they were trying to pull a fast one to get us to pay for thier mistake….Thanks TR for a shitty birthday dinner with my family….do better…get management that care..won’t be back! Hopefully longhorn has better managers and kitchen staff….

Overall, it was a nice night out.
My steak was cooked correctly just under salted and that’s an easy fix because there’s salt on the table. The blooming onion was over salted which was rough even with the sauce. The blooming onion came out with the wrong sauce, but was fixed with a simple request. I had Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes for my sides. The sides were alright. Everything was fine.
There’s usually a wow factor when I eat out. But it was hard to find something from this experience. The ranch! I liked the ranch sauce.
I know I don’t like the atmosphere in Texas Roadhouse. We went at a time that said there were less people than normal. It can get really loud. It wasn’t as loud as it was the previous times, which was great for me! They had country music playing in the background and I didn’t mind it. Last time there were times I struggled to hear my partner because the culmination of everyone speaking, background noise, music, etc. was so loud. This time it was fine. It probably would be helpful for them to have some sound soaking things on their walls or ceiling because the echos of noise probably amplify the sounds.
Service was attentive, encouraging, and good.
Not sure how parking is during peak, but it was fine when I went.
