We had to sit our entire dinner with a pile of dirty dishes from our starters that no one bothered to take. We had to stack them to even have room on the table for our food. Multiple waiters and clean up crew members walked by, two even stood around the whole time when they could have taken the dirty plates. A member of our party ordered ribs and they were burnt, the BONES were even burnt! By the time our waitress came around to asked how it was, he was tired of the burnt taste and gave up on even eating them. She never asked if we needed anything or if we wanted refills. We had to explicitly ask her to get them. Overall it was a disappointment dinner and service. Our receipt said our waitresses names was Erin. The dishes were the mostly flusterating part! Just disappointed!

As a busy family we order to-go quite often and each time the food gets a little worse. This time my husband’s adult meal of chicken fried chicken was the size of 2 small chicken fritters and my daughter’s Mac n cheese was just a cup of cooked noodles with small dollop of cheese on top, dry enough you couldn’t stir it to make it take anywhere near Mac n cheese. The last 3 out of 4 orders we’ve placed, we have had to make a second trip to either get all of our items or get items, corrected. Take more pride in what you’re sending out the door. We love Texas Roadhouse but will definitely be going to a different location from now on.

From the moment we arrived until we left, the atmosphere was spectacular. It was our first time there, and the server was very friendly and explained the menu to us. We will definitely come back! It is one of the best places to eat!

Was there on Thurssday early evening and Dakota was our server. He was so pleasant, nice and so great at his job. 5 out of 5 stars. Keep up the great work! Our food also came at a very timely manner and was fantastic.

Went here last night with our family for what we thought would be a nice night out to dinner. My daughter is in a wheelchair. We did call ahead seating and notified them we had a wheelchair and preferably wanted a table instead of a booth. The hostesses thought it was funny to snicker and laugh at my daughter. We waited a lot longer than we were told we would with many other groups that just came in getting seated before us. My husband checked the status, then I checked the status at the counter. She said they were working on it since we needed a “highchair” placed at the table. I said its clear we have a wheelchair, my adult daughter doesn’t need a highchair! This was done on purpose to be funny and it wasn’t funny at all! We waited so long just to be put way back by the bathroom in a BOOTH for 7 people that is not handicapped accessible. The staff really needs trained on how to treat people with disabilities! Not to mention the only accessibility option for the bathroom is a handicap stall, you can barely get a wheelchair in the bathroom, and can’t get it in the door because they have a saddle sitting between the mens/women’s wall. One employee did care in the bathroom that my daughter was treated so bad, wish I would have gotten her name because she could teach these teenagers and young adults how to treat others with compassion and empathy when they are disabled. My daughter and I had to leave before we even got our food because at this point she was so upset and crying over the way staff treated her. The manager didn’t believe his employees would do such a thing! We will never spend another dime in your establishment and will be filing a complaint with the ADA. Thanks to your staff for ruining something as simple as trying to enjoy a dinner out with family!

I’ve ordered take-out on several occassions recently and I cant think of a time that they did not perform well. One time, a couple of dressings were missing, but overall, they are an outstanding place to purchase food. The food is always cooked perfectly and the serving sizes are good. Texas RoadHouse at this location performs extremely well!

Our server was phenomenal, I really wish I could remember her name!! I think Gabby.The food was excellent and wait time was wasn’t that bad, we did put our names on the call ahead seating but it seem like others were waiting too long.
