Con: spent $242 and the staff did not give me the military discount eventhough I reminded her and showed her my ID.
Brady made multiple trips to the kitchen and checked with management to ensure we did not eat any food items that would be dangerous for us to consume.
The manger was very polite and took the time to explain one of the discounted charges.
I highly recommend this location. Great service and great food.
If you like chicken and mushrooms, I also highly recommend trying the Portobello Mushroom Chicken.
As a bonus, if you download the app, within 48 hours, you receive a coupon, sent to your email, for a free appetizer with the purchase of an entrée.
Wanted a basket of rolls after dinner but was told they charge for to-go rolls on the weekend. I was a bit surprised and put off bc I thought rolls were unlimited but 2ndly no one warned me they had a certain point in the meal where you had a # of basket limit (I think we had maybe 3 baskets for a group of 4 at that point) or certain basket limit. Just kind of felt ick to be suddenly told there was a charge.
Food was excellent! Possibly the best food we have ever had there. Drinks were on point as well. I’d say the food single handedly saves the day. Chili and prime rib stood out!
Disappointed that no one busses the tables. There’s already very little elbow room.
We went for my birthday and had the WORLD’S BEST SERVER Zoe, she is not just any kind of worker, she went above and beyond. If I owned a restaurant, she WOULD be working for me and we told her and her manager that!! Also, we can’t forget about their sweat rolls and honey butter, they are the BEST in the world!!!
We were asking questions that were not food related, like how within 3 minutes or less, the table is cleaned and here cames the next customer. She should me how it’s tracked with a program that everyone uses dealing with front of house.
We then asked her to send the manager over and Zoe did but didn’t tell manager why. Manager came over and visited with us and we shared our comments about ALL of the front of house workers.
I’ve NEVER had a bad meal at Texas Roadhouse and would eat there everyday if I lived close to one.
