Excellent service and very tasty food. You know its very rare to see a casual dining restaurant to have good reviews but Texas road house always been able to pull it off.. Customer service at this location and food were both outstanding, specially our server Gavin, absolutely amazing gentleman. I took my wife there for her birthday. Everything was great. We both ordered a full rack of ribs. Also had the sweet potato, hers with everything, mine with just the cinnamon brown sugar butter I had a house salad and she had a Caesar salad. And the rolls were great too. We also had the fried onion appetizer and it was delicious! So much food, we brought a huge bag of leftovers home for lunch tomorrow!

It was a very busy Sunday just after noon. The wait staff was under pressure to seat guest and did a great job. Our server was Mackenzie. She was peompt and very attentive to our order. She placed our order promptly and gave us a heads up that our dinner would be out shortly. The presentation of our order was great and looked appetizing. Mackenzie checked in with us several times whether the food was correct and delicious. We were visited by the manager and congratulated her on the awesome performance of the crew working. Mackenzie made the occasion, and our visit one to remember. Our next outing and will be choosing Texas Roadhouse in the future and hope to see Mackenzie again.

Whole vibe was great. Everyone on the staff we interacted with was wonderful, but our server was top notch. Mallory was an absolute gem, always checking in on us with a smile and a friendly face. The food was amazing. We even had a few managers come say hi and offer their service if we needed anything, Heather and AJ, I believe. All around high quality food, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Went to this establishment for dinner with my girlfriend and her daughter and her son. I ordered the pork chop and two sides. When I got my pork chop and cut into it , I could tell immediately it was raw. So hunted down our server and told him about the issue he said he would take it back to kitchen and get it cooked. We said no you will bring me another pork chop. He did come back with a new pork chop. Unfortunately this pork chop was also raw. Said he would talk to the manger. She came to the table and announced she would remove my meal from the bill. She didn’t really seem too concerned about the ordeal. Also my steak fries were barely warm. Now as for my girlfriend’s meal. She ordered the herb crusted chicken. It was cold on arrival. Back to the kitchen it went. Her daughter ordered a steak. She said it was warm at most but ate as it was. We’ve decided we will most likely not be returning to the Texas Roadhouse anytime soon. And won’t be buying anymore gift cards for this restaurant.

I wasn’t expecting too much from a big chain but we had a good time. Our server constantly gave us refills and checked on us, some of the best service I have had. Restaurant seems well staffed which is a relief for modern times.
My steak was cooked how I requested, food tasted fresh. Food is well seasoned. Prices are reasonable. We had leftovers the next day which adds to the value. Rolls are excellent. Peanuts provided. Really good ribs. Their beans and ribs have an excellent smoke flavor. I recommend their sweet potato.

Biggest downside of this place is they got rid of their waiting area so there is very little space inside to wait for your table and no seats to wait. There is always a wait since its a popular place so plan ahead or sit in your car. They replaced it with a to-go walkup window thing. Some of the booths are a bit small if you’re a plus sized American. The service was really good tho. They’re very nice and friendly and keep your drinks refilled. Food is pretty decent, never had an issue with it being wrong. Good spot to bring friends and family.

This is the second time that I have been there and had an issue with the Host staff. The last time I was there they sat us in a section that wasn’t open and then didn’t bother to tell us that our server was coming on in a few minutes. They had other tables seated after us being served and we couldn’t figure out why until we left to complain and that’s when they scrambled to find somebody to take care of us. Then today we called for a reservation specifically told them the type of seating we were going to need and got there and they seemed surprised we were there. But why allow us to make a reservation? Let us explain the seating situation and you told us you could accommodate us and then we get there and you cannot do that. I have been there and seen larger parties than us be accommodated. I know it could have been managed if they actually had wanted the business. Needless to say we had dinner elsewhere. When we have had good service, the food is good and the servers are great, but the host staff seems ill-prepared and very chaotic. I almost wonder if there are just too many of them and not one person actually in charge.

This was our first time at TR. Our server, Kristin, was wonderful! We took our baby with us and I was a little anxious on how he would do. Kristen gave us great suggestions and made sure we had everything we needed. She truly settled my momma anxiety and I’m thankful for the great service!
