I went there to pick up my order for a sirloin steak and a baked potato. When I got home and opened the potato, it was completely rotten inside. I contacted them about it, expecting them to make it right, but all they offered was $5 off my next meal. Very disappointing.

This was my first visit to Texas Roadhouse. While this is a chain, the food was prepared well and very good, and the service was exceptional from our server to the manager who checked in on us. We had one small issue and they jumped to take care of it. I was impressed with the experience. Shout out to Addi, Ashley, and Jeff for fabulous service!

My husband and I came for a date night. We were seated fairly quickly because I got on the wait list 2 hours early so when we arrived we wouldn’t have to wait long and we didn’t, maybe 10 mins. Service was ok, our waitress was not that friendly. The food was amazing. Overall it was a great time. We loved the loudness of the restaurant, I know most people dont like that but we didn’t mind.
