The server clearly didn’t care. My steak was delivered dried up, overcooked and barely even warm ( I ordered it medium rare), the fries were cold and looked like old dark grease and inedible. I even took pictures, and immediately asked the server for hot fries. in less than a minute she brought me a basket of fries, that looked the same and were barely warm, certainly NOT hot and again, not worth eating. But again, the server didn’t appear to care. There was a cloth napkin on the floor that we passed when being seated, and 10 minutes later, when I used the restroom the napkin was still on the floor, and a mini cup of butter was on the floor by a booth on the way to the restroom, straw papers, which many servers walked by and ignored. It was just an overall dirty restaurant where the employees didn’t seem to care or stop to pick up any of the debris on the floor. I didn’t even speak to any one about it, because no decent Manager would be okay with such a dirty restaurant where employees ignore items and trash on the floor, cold food, or overcooked steak. We never did have anyone stop and ask us about our meal or evening. My friends steak was also overcooked. I’m amazed this store is busy or even does enough business to keep open. Wow. I hope the Brighton store is not an anomaly. A total waste of time and money, but again, mistakes do happen, but you need an employee who cares and wants to make it right.

The server was glassy attentive and super friendly. The food was delivered fresh & fast. The steaks were cooked perfect, and everything tasted amazing.

Me and my sister is pregnant We came here. She ordered a burger. Well well done no pink it comes out. Pink gets remade. Another time comes out even more pink. I’m still understanding, smiling and being nice about the situation because I work at a restaurant and I know how it goes and I definitely wasn’t the server’s fault the manager Allison came by one time hardly saying a sentence wasn’t very apologetic about the situation and barely had a personality like most managers would be very apologetic. It comes out the third time slapped up broken half you can tell they use the same burger and put it back on the grill, which is very unhygienic and is a health issue. I will be calling the health inspection tomorrow the fourth time it comes out with the bun bitten because she wasn’t 100% sure that’s what they were doing so she did take a bite of it and it was pink for the third time the fourth time it came out with the bun bitten and I was just fuming because this is so unacceptable with me working in restaurants I know this is not OK. I’m talking to the server being nice telling her that I understand. This is not her fault, but I am flabbergasted that A MANAGER WOULD BRING THIS OUT TO THE TABLE
The manager comes up and I let her know exactly how I feel still being respectful, letting her know we’re both pregnant and this could get her sick and we’ve been sitting here for an hour and this is not the fourth time the burger has been brought out and now with it half bitten I let her know that I’ve worked at a restaurant and this is not OK. This is not acceptable and it’s a health hazard and she proceeds to say. ” well that’s what we do here.” Verbatim. I said we’ll see what the health inspector’s thing she said you’re not gonna yell at me in my restaurant mind you I was not yelling my voice was a little shaky because at this point, I am highly upset and she’s taking no accountability and then you wanna say I’m yelling at you? She wants to tell me to get out of her restaurant. I did happily I will not be returning.
