It was just plain wonderful. We got sat right away because we went about 2:30 in the afternoon, which was nice. Our server (Erika) was great!! Attentive-but not over kill. The bread with the cinnamon butter is divine. Warm and fresh. Both my and my boyfriends steaks were A1 quality (we both had the Dallas filet) and the grill master did a 5-star job. My ONLY complaint was that the coke tasted funny from the soda fountain. Well, & there was somebody’s kids just acting a total fool but not the restraints fault. 70$ (including tip) for 2 adults (we don’t drink though). We’ve ate here a few times and will continue to go back. THANK YOU TEXAS ROADHOUSE!! ANOTHER 5 STAR EXPERIENCE!!!

Me and my husband ordered the same things (only different salad dressing). Our steak & salad were great! The potatoes however had way to much salt on the skin this time that we couldn’t eat it (see picture).Our service was good & next time we will ask for light salt or no salt; which we didn’t know was an option till after we asked.

My food was delish!! I love the rolls and cinnamon butter they’re so addicting. My steak was also cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is very lively and fun, but service can be hit or miss. It took a long time to get refills on drinks and just to get A1 Steak Sauce and hot sauce for me and my husband’s food. Unsure if they were short-handed or if the waitress was new or just forgetful. We still were able to enjoy our meal.

Probably the absolute worst service we have ever had. We waited 25 minutes for just our drinks. Our server didn’t even get my husband’s drink correct, he ordered a coke with grenadine and got just coke. Waiting an extra 5 minutes for bread afterwards while bread was sitting at the counter ready. And got all of our at the same time as we ordered salads before our meal. Plus our steaks were cold. And the sad part was our waitress only had 2 tables. She kept going up front to talk instead of taking care of her tables.

I have never had a better experience at TR in Flint. Tyler R was our waiter and was so on it! My pop stayed full, rolls were hot and fresh, dinner was cooked to perfection. He needs to be a trainer because he knows what customers want. Thank you Tyler for such a positive experience and the cooks for getting the steak perfect.
