The service was outstanding and the food truly stood out. We started with the fried onion appetizer and it was a perfect choice, crisp and full of flavor. The ribs were incredibly tender, just falling off the bone, and each bite was rich and satisfying. The best part is the value, you get a lot for what you pay. Also, the bread was a delightful surprise. It came out warm and soft, and paired beautifully with their whipped butter. Overall, a fantastic meal.

This was my family’s and my first time at this restaurant. We expected a long wait since it was New Year’s Eve. While waiting for a table, we observed one of the waiters touching the dinner rolls with his fingers before taking them to guests’ tables. My husband told the waiter that he shouldn’t have his fingers in the bread, and the waiter responded that it wasn’t touching.
A few minutes later we were seated and placed our order, only to be told after giving his order that they were out of the meal. She was was like oh we are out of that. This information should have been shared upfront when we were seated. When our food arrived, my husband’s steak was rare throughout most of the meat instead of medium rare. My son’s burger was burnt and very small, and his loaded fries looked old (see photos). My food was bland.
Overall, we were not impressed with this restaurant. This will be our first and last visit. Management did come to speak with us and took a portion off the bill.

Brooklyn G Is the Best Server Ever. Texas Roadhouse is just a little busy for me. There’s a couple nuances that I’m not fond of. However, the food is always fantastic and more importantly we found our waitress. Our cups are never empty, and our food is always perfect. She is on top of everything. She could turn a mediocre meal into a wonderful experience. Very rare today. As long as you keep her we will be back and continue to recommend others. If only she worked full-time. 🙂

Sadly I was disappointed with mine, and after leaving my wife’s meal. Our appetizer, the Cactus Blossom was even more delicious, since I used a perk to cover the cost. The salads were good, but the steaks are where things went downhill. For the price I paid for the 16 oz Fort Worth Ribeye, there is no way this steak should have had the amount of inedible gristle pictured. I also came to find out later (I should have asked much earlier) that my wife didn’t enjoy her Sirloin steak as it was overcooked…

Love it. I’d love that they look at.The tiny little details such as cutting their lettuce into bite size pieces and having an ice cold platter. Their food is both attractive, and so good. It was all perfect. The staff was amazing and kept checking back with us. I highly recommend.!

Everything was amazing. Cooked to order. We even picked out our own cut. Very welcoming. Manager even came out to welcome us to his location. Gave us a free appetizer coupon. Also taste testers of some sides. Had a little dance show too. Very cool atmosphere. Very clean. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Use the wait list. It’s worth it. Highly recommend this establishment. Will be visiting again soon.

This is an excellent place to eat your favorite cut of meat, with freshly baked bread, special butter, and everything else just perfect. The customer service is very good, but be prepared for a wait of at least an hour for your food, even with a reservation, as it’s always very crowded.

We dined here for my daughter’s birthday and ordered two sirloin meals — a 16 oz sirloin ($30) and a 6 oz sirloin & ribs combo ($25). The steaks had good flavor, but both were extremely tough. Chewing them was physically uncomfortable, and we couldn’t finish the meals.
My steak was initially served very undercooked with a slimy texture and had to be sent back. After it was recooked, it remained very tough. My son was able to eat about half of his steak, but the toughness made it uncomfortable to continue.
The manager offered to remake the steaks, but after already waiting once, we declined because we didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes. No alternative resolution was offered.
This was disappointing given the cost and the fact that we were there to celebrate a birthday.

I’d rather go to apple bees or Longhorn or Famous Dave’s any where else this place fell off trash mediocre food. I order Mac and cheese this is the Mac and cheese they gave me. It was boiled noodles no cheese maybe craft out the box would’ve been better. If u want real good food SOUL FOOD OR SOUTHERN CUISINE GO TO FIXENS DOWNTOWN DETROIT WAY BETTER FOOD AND EXPERIENCE
