As for the food, the highlight was definitely the steaks. The prime rib and the filets were cooked exactly the way we ordered tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It’s easy to tell the kitchen takes pride in preparing quality cuts, and they didn’t disappoint. The famous rolls with cinnamon butter are always a great start, and they came out warm and fresh. The only small drawback of the evening was the fries, which came out a little underdone compared to everything else. It wasn’t a major issue, but just enough to keep this visit from being a perfect five stars.
Overall, the combination of friendly service, a fun atmosphere, and delicious steaks made for a very positive experience. We left satisfied and plan to return soon next time hopefully with perfectly crispy fries!
As always with Texas Roadhouse, delicious food and amazing sweet tea!
It is close to the bathrooms and every time someone came in or out of the bathroom the bathroom smell wafted over to our table. It’s not like it smelled like urine or poop but it smelled like bathroom air freshener which to me is intolerable to have while I’m eating.
We went and took our daughter for her birthday. As this used to be her favorite place to go…
There was attitude from the hostess at the front.
Issues with the food being cooked as we ordered.
Then to top it all off. They called my daughter the completely wrong name when they did the birthday chant. Afterwards when I mentioned it to the server. He was very embarrassed and he just said I’m really sorry about that. That is what the hostess at the front said that was her name…. it was the same hostess from the beginning… I really hope this wasn’t some vindictive move from the hostess to do that to a 6yr old…..
Very embarrassing moment for all us…..
My girlfriend got the bbq chicken, which was moist, and grilled to perfection. But no seasoning was cooked onto the chicken, so the only flavor was the bbq sauce they smothered it in after cooking.
Mashed potatoes are the dehydrated flakes that come from a box. Not good.
Pulled pork was disappointing. Yet again, the only flavor was the bbq sauce. No seasoning cooked into the meat. Texture was as if they didn’t cook it low and slow, and instead cooked smaller chunks hot and fast after a soak in tenderizing powder to make it pull apart.
