Texas Roadhouse is exactly what you expect. The food is consistent, familiar, and solid. You know what you’re getting, and it delivers. The Bloomington location has its own little character too, which makes it feel less cookie-cutter and more comfortable.
What truly made this visit stand out, though, was our server, Justin.
Justin provided some of the best service we’ve had. He was attentive without hovering, friendly without forcing it, and genuinely present the entire time. He anticipated needs before we had to ask and kept everything moving smoothly.
The food was great. The atmosphere was exactly what Texas Roadhouse does well. But Justin elevated the entire experience. He’s the kind of employee that keeps people coming back.
If you’re at the Bloomington Roadhouse, ask for Justin. Management should know they’ve got someone special

Server Gage was excellent. Steak was cooked to perfection. Side dish of shrimp was not so good, it seemed to be undercooked. Green beans had a weird smoky flavor to them that overpowered the flavor of green beans. Mozzarella sticks were great! Chili tasted blah. Hubby loved it all! I’m just really picky..

This is probably the 10th time they have given me a to-go order with less than half a serving of fries when it should have been a double order. The chicken isn’t any better, I always get the scrap pieces they wouldn’t serve in restaurant.
It’s frustrating to have to call each time to get the kitchen to just do their job correctly.

Random day out, and a dear friend of mine stopped in. Our server DANE was the absolute best!!! Food and drinks were on point, and he checked on us appropriately. I wanted to hug him, but I didn’t want to be weird. Lol!

I had a curbside order last Thursday so I can’t really comment on the atmosphere but I was certainly not happy about food. I ordered a medium fillet mignon only to receive an extra well done one. Not going to go back.

Took our grown kids there after 13 hours of travel from Anchorage. They were surprised at the cost (50% cheaper than in Alaska) and the size of the portions. Fantastic service and noisy fun, this was a very good stop enroute to some rest. Highly recommend.

My husband and I decided to end our Sunday on Nov 16 with a bang by going to Texas Roadhouse. We were starving and tired from the long weekend. We really enjoyed our food! We especially enjoyed our waiter, Michael, after the long weekend Michael was such a vibe. He was attentive, comforting, and welcoming! That was just the type of company or vibe we needed to further make her experience an amazing one. We informed Michael prior to leaving about how well he’s doing and thought it was only fitting that we tell all of google reviews. Michael is an amazing server. The dining experience was smooth.

Standard Texas Road House fair with the usual decent quality food. Our waitress, Morgana, was incredible! I don’t think I’ve ever had such an attentive waitress. The food was good. The steaks were cooked to our liking and the rolls were fresh. I appreciated them taking care of us even though it was close to closing time. Definitely go here if you’ve got a hankering for those rolls. You will not be disappointed by the service.

Was happy with my visit to Texas Roadhouse in Bloomington. I was actually surprised with the price of the steaks – pleasantly surprised. I got the bone-in ribeye for around $30. I thought that was quite a bargain. The ribeye was good, but could have been seasoned more/better. The sides were good – the sweet potato was large than expected (some places give you tiny ones). We were seated pretty quickly and the service was also good. I will go back again.
