I had the steakhouse filet salad a few months ago and it was great… nice long slices of a center cut filet, perfectly tender. Unfortunately I’ve been back two more times hoping to relive that memory but unfortunately the meat now is not center cut filet… im guessing they are using the chine from the side of the tenderloin because 2/3rds of the beef is inedible due to the sinue and connective tissue. I sent back the dish only to get the same tough garbage. If you need to raise prices to justify using the meat described on the menu then do so. People that enjoy filets don’t mind paying for it. Lastly, the wait time after ordering is getting longer and longer than past visits. If it wasn’t for meeting a friend and enjoying a good conversation we would have left. Server was great, with good attitude but has her hands tied by the kitchen and management. There were 3 in our group with one of us on a phone call and the other two engaged in a deep discussion when a manager interrupted to announce her spiel that was clearly scripted. And before any of us could give honest feedback she was off.

I placed an online order and called to ask a question, I was on hold for 29 minutes, without a single person picking up the phone, not even to tell me it would be a minute. I listened to the guttural yowling of a probably not even Texan man for 1,775 seconds, with a woman interrupting EVERY minute to ask if I wanted to download the app. I understand being busy and not able to talk to me right away but atleast have the decency to tell me it will be a minute. And also my order was wrong, I was missing a drink, and did not receive my sour cream and butter that I was uncharged for, my Mac and cheese has no cheese and my mozzarella twist sticks were also dead cold.

My husband and I went to Texas Roadhouse for my birthday. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Aubree was our server she was very sweet and kept our drinks filled and made sure that we had everything that we were needing. She made my birthday very enjoyable and even gave me a free ice cream scoop with chocolate on top. Highly recommend.

We figured we’d have a bit of a wait due to it being the Friday night before Valentine’s day but it was more than well worth it! We decided to take the girls out for an early Valentine’s day dinner. Our service was wonderful and drinks never went dry even though the place was practically packed to capacity. Their steaks were tender enough to slice with a butter knife and cooked to order for everyone. We were greeted with kindness when we came in and had the same humble experience on the way out thanking us for dining. I moved here less than a couple years ago and it is needless to say I’ll be back again when I want a flavorful and tender steak. Not to mention the icing on the cake being an expertly crafted Tito’s Peach Fuzz! I honestly thought I’d ordered a virgin drink at first because of how well made it was. Kudos to the whole staff up there!

After a 27-hour drive and spending four long days out in the hot sun ☀️, we were completely exhausted and ready for a good meal. We decided to give this place a try, and I’m so glad we did!
Our server, Logan, was absolutely incredible . He was super down-to-earth, friendly, and just really easy to talk to. He made us feel comfortable right away and gave some fantastic recommendations that did not disappoint . On top of that, he’s rocking a pretty awesome mustache, which somehow makes the whole experience even better .
If you ever visit this restaurant, definitely ask for Logan. He truly goes above and beyond and will not let you down. 10/10 service!

The food is always excellent; the service is on-point with friendly servers, waiters, and hosts; and the atmosphere is always down to earth if you enjoy country music and/or lifestyle. Even during holiday services when there is a 2+ hour wait on tables if you didn’t reserve one in advance, the staff is still super friendly even though you know how exhausted they must be. They always check up on you to make sure you have everything you need and they never make you feel rushed.
