I have been going to Texas Roadhouses for much of my life and today they let me down in a big way. I have food restrictions and one of the only things I could get was the herb chicken meal. I added rice and veggies with my meal. This was a pickup order which should have been very easy to ensure everything was there when it was placed in the bags. First they didn’t include my rice at all on a $15 meal. Then the herb chicken itself was about 1/3 the size it looked from the picture online. I called and received a refund for the meal that was not up to par but for a curbside pickup order this is totally unacceptable. Having to wait on hold to speak with a manager made things worse as my ears were assaulted with horrible music that was cutting in and out.
This particular location isn’t one I can recommend.
Based on my picture a mostly empty container that was a full adult menu would have been a dead giveaway that something wasn’t right and the two spoons of chicken would have been ok for a children’s order but not for a full order.

This location did not disappoint. Texas Roadhouse is consistently great, and this restaurant in Columbus, Indiana was wonderful. The food was fantastic, staff were friendly, service was superb.

Delicious entrees, sides and appetizers. We enjoy the filet, and catfish the most. Definitely not a quiet place. However, it is clean inside and out.

When I want to eat beef steaks, I always go to Texas Roadhouse. Of course, the steaks are delicious, but that’s not the only reason I love this place. I really love the rolls! They always serve warm bread at the beginning, and it’s so tasty that I can’t help asking for more. The prices are also very reasonable, so it’s a place I want to go anytime.

First night of the 2025 NFL season and the Indianapolis Colts just won their first game of the season in a decade, at it was packed early Sunday evening… They told us 10-15 minutes and it was maybe 30 seconds!!! Took a bit to get our drink order in but from there everything was right on point!!!! Been to Texas Roadhouse lactations all over this great country and this ranks up at the top…. Boneless buffalo wings – spicy were perfect!! Loaded potato skins also were quick and great, hot and fresh…. Course the house bread , peanuts and the cinnamon butter right on point and especially with a ice cold Bud Light…. Chicken critter salad and kids meals they loved and I went with the smokehouse burger and bbq sauce on the side, medium rare and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had eating out at a restaurant!!! Great job cooks and management!!!

Not a bad place to go when you feel like stopping by to eat. The service was really nice. Our server, Skyla, did a really nice job serving us today. Super kind, super welcoming, super patient. Very nice job. I enjoyed my burger. Very warm. The fries could be better, when you get the cheese on them. They just stick to the fries. Once you pick up one fry, they all get picked up with it. No questions asked though, the bread was fabulous. I look forward to the rolls every time I go. Very warm and mega soft. Overall, a nice place to go to. One thing I will say is that the music could be a bit softer. I couldn’t hear what the server was saying, and neither could she hear what I was saying. Good thing out waiter was someone named Skyla and realized the problem and still managed to stay patient.

Very pleased with the flavor and how the steaks were cooked. We ordered 7 steaks amd all 7 were cooked perfectly. Sadly the last couple times were went that was not the case. Good job this time! Our server was prompt and made sure glasses stayed full. Felt very appreciated this trip In to Texas Roadhouse.

Great spot! There was a waitlist but it was really fast. The server Micah was excellent. Very attentive and helpful. A +….the promo “Dinner for two” was unbelievable. I will definitely come back.
