I tried the new nachos and they were great. The chips were hot and crispy and tht queso went perfectly with the chili they put on top. Elizabeth was an excellent server and took great care of us.

The waiting area gets pretty congested, but we didn’t have to stay there long. I recommend joining the online waitlist before arriving to save you some time.

Prices have went up since my last visit, and the portion size of some of the sides seemed smaller. Everything was delicious but a little pricey.

Food portions are huge so come in hungry. Staff is supper friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is fun family style. This place is big so expect noise. Overall I had a great first time experience.

The ribeye was ok this time, the fat on it had some grisly parts to it so I was a little disappointed as I usually eat all the fat. Mashed potatoes presentation was sloppy, green beans were great. The cup of chili was a bit cold? in the middle but still good, rolls were good as always. My server kept my drink refilled so awesome job. I had the new fire blossom and it was great, since i was by myself it was a bit much sonic wish it also came in a mini version. Overall I recommend Texas Roadhouse and hope next time the fat on my steak isn’t grisly

Me and my partner decided to have an easy dinner night the day after Valentines day, and mind you it was very busy, but that did not affect the outstanding service we received at all. Ugo our server gave the best service we’ve ever received at a Texas Roadhouse location. They were friendly, attentive, and overall a fantastic server. The food we ordered and received was fast, accurate and beyond delicious. We do not frequent Texas Roadhouse, but we are already discussing the next time we should go. 10/10!

I should’ve known when the tea came out cloudy that it wasn’t going to be a good lunch experience. My salad was wilted cherry tomato was rotted, and the steak fries were greasy and limpy. It was enough to make the overall experience, disappointing.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Texas Roadhouse. The restaurant was very clean. There was a small wait, but it was well worth it. The T-bone steak was cooked perfectly. The meat was tender and super juicy. You do not need to cover your steak with A1, Heinz 57, or ketchup. The sautéed mushrooms and onions add a lovely flavor to the already perfect steak. The blooming onion as always is never disappointing. Many people are aware of the loaded baked potato, but I believe few are aware of the loaded sweet potato. It is almost like a dessert. Butter, caramel sauce, and toasted marshmallows on top. My mouth waters just remembering it. The server was absolutely one of the best I’ve ever had anywhere. I was also impressed that the manager took the time to come speak to us about our experience. I totally recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food tasted frozen and microwaved. I was expecting good natural fresh food, cooked steak and chicken. I had to wait 1 hour just for soggy, heated food. They used to be good! Quality went down, unfortunately. I gave 2 for the food ONLY because the rolls were warm and cinnamon butter was good, and my potatoes were good. I ordered an appetizer that had jalapeño poppers, “cheese sticks” and chicken bites. Appetizer was not so good (I’m trying to be a nice as possible) the cheese sticks were less than good. Husband was not impressed nor was I. He commented that I should have cooked at home instead.

I go for the bread and butter. It’s the best part of Texas Roadhouse. I also ordered the Roadkill plate. That’s grind beef patty grilled to perfection and smothered in grilled onions and mushroom with Swiss cheese. It was delicious. My sons got the steak. They ate every bit. My daughter and husband got the chicken fried sirloin steak and they liked theirs too. It’s a good meal. It ain’t cheap but it taste really good.

We checked in online so we wouldn’t have to stand around and wait. The online wait was 45 minutes. We got there right on time and still had to wait another 10 minutes before they called us and after calling us we waited another 5 minutes before we were actually seated

Ordered the rib eye steak with baked potato and house salad. The steak had so much fat on it I had to call the manger to look at what I received. The potato was dry and overcooked. The salad I have tasted better. Something seemed to be missing. This is the third time over the years Texas Roadhouse sucks

Quick and Painless

I was in the Clarksville/Louisville area and wanted a quick and simple meal. I have been to many Texas Roadhouse locations throughout the US and pretty much knew what I wanted and what I was going to get. When I arrived it was busy but the hostess sat me almost right away which is a perk for the solo diner. I looked at the menu bit already knew what I wanted and ordered a cup of chowder and a sirloin steak with broccoli. I was going to be visiting restaurants in Louisville for the next few days and just needed a quick and simple meal. The chowder came quickly and was eaten in about two minutes. My steal came out cooked just the way I liked it. The server explained how I could pay on the tablet and I was able to eat and leave fairly quickly and was off to my next adventure in no time. This is a busy restaurant so be prepared to wait. Another painless dining experience at another Texas Roadhouse.
