Texas Roadhouse delivered a solid and satisfying meal with the classic atmosphere the restaurant is known for. I wouldn’t go there in a group, or at all.
My sister’s call ahead for a party of 10, they accepted it. When we got there we waited for 15 minutes after our time. They sat us in 2 tables that were far away. We expressed that we wanted seats closer together they stated they dont have tables for party of 10. We would have gone somewhere different if we couldn’t sit together. It would have been a longer wait to sit somewhere that would sit us closer. My sister decided it would be easier to get a chair in the endo the table.
The food: Burnt bacon bits on our cheese fries.
My steak eas too raw.( See picture)
I order medium rare.
My husband ordered a medium well but came out WELL DONE.
My sister stated steak has a weird texture.
My carrots and broccoli had bubbles in it (like spit).
The service
Horrible.
My mother stated she heard the waitress talking about my sister while my mom was going to the restroom.
Again we expressed that we wanted closer tables and was dismissed.

I just had an amazing meal at Texas Roadhouse! This place never disappoints!
Here’s what I loved:

I went to Texas Roadhouse in Kokomo with a group of four on a weekday around 6pm and was surprised we only waited about five minutes for a table. The service was attentive, with staff checking in regularly, though a bit on the chatty for my personal taste. Food didn’t take too long to come out and arrived hot and fresh, with the rolls and butter living up to the hype. Portions were filling and matched the usual Texas Roadhouse quality. The restaurant itself was clean, and the restrooms were well maintained. Parking was also convenient with a large lot, making the visit easy from start to finish.

Enjoyed this place with some friends. We were able to get there at 1pm and enjoy some great food. I had the top sirloin with broccoli and a baked potato. A very good meal. .
They still do the peanuts thing but you need to ask your waiter for them. I was surprised about the peanuts. Just remember to ask.

The food was excellent as always. I always order salmon and it’s always good. The service was very good too. The only thing I didn’t like was how noisy it was but then it was very busy on the night we ate there in Kokomo. The one in Lafayette, Indiana isn’t usually as noisy as the one in Kokomo was the Sunday night that we ate there.

On our trip from Florida to Notre Dame, IN we stayed at the hotel right behind this location & decided to eat dinner here & it didn’t disappoint. The wait was there but that’s to be expected at that hour & day. They got the 3 of us seated & were very proficient. Our server was very friendly & helpful. I even asked for a lemonade as my beverage & she said “do you mind if I switch it up a little bit for you?” & I was like sure why not & she came back with a cool looking lemonade. But our food was hot, fresh, & delicious! Came out pretty quick too. Price wasn’t bad. Parking was good as well. Like all the tv’s with all the sports & stuff. They had birthday celebrations going on so the atmosphere was awesome.

Wasn’t good . I liked my food, but I only had the meat part of the road kill. My son ate besides he said we’re good, but meh. Now his food..funny he ordered a chicken burger that looked like the chicken version of roadkill on a bun. Cept I should say the vegetarian version, cuz the 1oz piece of chicken that was 1/10, being generous, of a piece of a breast. The rest is bun toppings n lettuce..buns were ok, instead of awesome..just wasnt a good experience..only great part was, it was extremely busy when we came in but because there was only the 2 of us we got seated in 5min.

I had a really great trip to Texas Roadhouse yesterday. I recommend if you are going at a busy time to get on there website and do the waitlist sign up. It saved us a lot of time waiting to get in. Out service was very good, our waiter brought us lots of rolls and checked on us a lot. I order the Sirloin steak, house salad, and mashed potatos. Unfortunately when the food came out I was informed they were out of masked potato’s and the might be a wait for them. I decided to just get a baked potato instead to replace them. My steak was cooked just right and was seasoned well. Overall I really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back!
