i had a party of 6 today, we all got steak medium rare, 4 out of the 6 were undercooked, so we sent them back, they came back the exact same just warmer but still bright red, so we sent them back again, they came back charred and over well done. and then right before i packed my steak up (because it was one of the two cooked correctly), there was a RECEIPT from their grill stuck to the bottom of my steak. completely not the waitresses fault, she was in shock as well. please train your cooks better or tell them to not be so high at work because how does that even happen

Steak done legendary! Pittsburgh/ black and blue steak perfectly cooked. Reasonably price but amazing service. Emily I. did us right and got manager LT to oversee the most delicious perfect 25oz ribeye. Get yourself a ice cold Yueling and enjoy some mood lifting good food. Rattlesnake bites were creamy, cheesy and good. I’m making this my only steak spot.

We had a great time here! We usually go to the location in Elkhart due to it being closer but this place was on top of everything! Our food was great, the staff was very kind, it was more clean and we were in and out in an hour. The thing my husband and I loved the most was our server Makayla. She was quick, on top of her game, and very friendly. She was honestly one of the best servers we’ve ever had!

My meal at Texas Roadhouse was solid—good food and an even better atmosphere. I ordered the 6 oz. steak, which was perfectly cooked but left me wishing I’d gone for a larger cut (I can only imagine how fantastic it would’ve been!).
But honestly, the service stole the show. We were welcomed with open arms and even treated to a good ol’ Texas line dance. Can’t beat that kind of southern hospitality!

Absolute great time at this Roadhouse. The steaks were perfect. The margaritas were great. Our waitress made sure we got exactly what we needed/ wanted quickly. Go here for a great meal in a comfy environment

I’ve never got a 20 oz bone in ribeye that was supposed to be medium rare, ended up medium and dry. They are turning the grills up to save time. That only works if you pay attention to what you are cooking. I told the waitress it wasn’t her fault, she’s not the cook. I don’t send steaks back if you can’t cook it right the first time, I sure as heck not wasting more time waiting.

Our waiter Larry was really nice! For the start, I ordered a Blue Island cocktail, the drink was really sweet so Larry suggested that I add the kicker for an additional $2, sadly my drink was still very much sweet. For an appetizer I ordered the Cactus Blossom which is pretty much fried onion, that was really good. My entree, I ordered Herb crusted chicken, parts of my chicken seemed very soft almost like mushy, my baked potato was really good, and my Caesar salad was really good which I paired with the chicken. Overall, it was an okay experience! Recommendable, Family/friendly atmosphere. BTW, the cook in the back with a nice beard let me have another basket of rolls (he was so nice ) on the way out.

I had the worst experience it was my daughter’s birthday .we four seated at a table for four when we were clearly a party of five and we asked for another table which there was an open one two feet away from us and they wouldn’t give it to us cuz that section is closed but everybody else was over there except for that one table we could have had and we waited for 20 minutes since they came and put somebody else there was four party and it was clearly not closed I have no idea why they couldn’t see a party of five where it was clearly where we should have been sitting the waitress lied to us and said oh that table’s closed I’m very upset why would you set five people at a 4-seat table and then bring us a little bitty chair like I’m a little child to sit at the end and not give us a table that was 2 ft away where we could set comfortably! Never go in there again ever we went to outback steakhouse and had a very nice lovely time SMH #FUtexasreadhouse I wouldn’t have came if I knew about magot in the my post has been up 4days and no reply I wonder why is it cause I said #FUTEXASROADHOUSE PS why do you make your whait staff wear shirts that says I love my job when clearly they don’t!
