We had a gift card to Texas Roadhouse that we decided to use for a carryout dinner. We also asked for 2 apple pie desserts. We knew it would be a long wait to dine in so we decided to do carryout. The food was great all done to perfection. So imagine our surprise when we went to eat our pie… they were hard as rocks, smashed and really uneatable. So disappointed . Video shows it all. Video won’t load but you could hear how hard they were.

Took my daughter her for her birthday. We told the waitress 4 different times it was her bday! Never once did they sing happy birthday to her or give her a treat! So I let her pick out a treat and paid for it! Our drinks were not like anything in the picture. Our drinks were just ok. We didn’t finish them! I spent 129.00 for ok service and ok food!

My wife and I enjoyed a rack of ribs at Texas Roadhouse in Portage IN this past weekend. The ribs were fantastic – bones easily pulled away from the meat with almost no effort. Despite being a Saturday, we were seated quickly. Our server was attentive. Food order was accurate, and food arrived hot and cooked perfectly. A fantastic dining experience!

The food was excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly. I love catfish, and it not easy to find it cooked properly. It was fresh and amazing. The service was impeccable and the top shelf margarita was top-notch. Also, the price point is excellent. I love going to Texas roadhouse because the environment and the music makes my heart long for Texas. I will definitely be returning. It was a great choice for Father’s Day.

I live locally, so roadhouse is a very, very frequent go-to for my family. Always super consistent. Staff are always friendly and courteous. Service is consistently expeditious. The only time we ever have trouble is typically on takeout orders. Every so often they’ll forget a part of an order (one time it was salad dressing and one time it was the chicken tenders for the chicken critter salad). Since we live two minutes away, we’ve been able to pick up the things they forgotten. We always have a good time no matter the occasion. My husband would eat the chicken critter salad every day with the house Italian dressing if he could.

Typical American/southwestern restaurant atmosphere, nothing terribly exciting. We went on a weekday evening, but it was still pretty darn busy so don’t be surprised if there’s a wait. It was worth the wait though, my portobello chicken was incredibly moist, tender, and flavorful. Even with delays and a missing appetizer (which was remade and comped) it was a good choice for family dinner. The server was wonderful

Trinity our server was fabulous, very fast service for being short staff. The food was delicious fried pickle and combo appetizer tray was so filling and hit the spot. I could barely eat my steak. I couldn’t resist though, the steak melted in my mouth bursting with juicy flavor. Cooked perfectly medium rare the way I love it. Even the presentation was enticing.
