Ordered a 12oz ribeye medium rare. It came to the table well done with burnt ends. Reordered it medium rare again. It came to the table 70% red. No medium anything. Waiter had to get requested to bring more bread, resubmit the steak, bring the right type of containers for any leftovers. No recognition of the time spent waiting for my steak to be done right for $25. Just pay the check. My wonderful son did pay – before I could say anything. However this type of poor service and waiter should not be overlooked thus my review.

High energy, busy and welcoming place. Food is high quality and delicious! Green beans have a smoked bacon flavor. Steaks are tender and were cooked perfectly. Our waitress, Lexx, was great! Great for solo dining, large groups, families and couples! We will be back very soon. Started to get pretty busy around 4pm.

This was Valentine’s Day around 5pm and the place was PACKED. We used the app and got seated within 5 min of the quoted time. Excellent. Got seated and according to our receipt, Somerville was our server. She was great. Friendly, attentive, high energy, terrific. The thing that impressed me, though, was the teamwork. The bussers, food runners, and everyone were hustling and really did an amazing job. I was shocked at the speed and efficiency. Table turns were SO fast, which is exactly what you want. Perfect experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I ordered my favorite food, BBQ ribs. They were OK. Edible. But nothing to recommend. Mission BBQ is much better. Even without sauce.
The biggest let down was the flavor. I know pork chops benefit from a very small pinch of cinnamon. But pork ribs are not the same as pork chops. I could taste the cinnamon on the ribs. Basically overpowering any other flavor.
The other problem was inconsistency. One half of the slab of ribs was cooked ro perfection. The other half was burnt. Those I just tossed in the garbage after trying to eat them. I won’t be eating here again.

Highly recommend. Did the online check-in while on our way to the restraunt. Even on a super busy Saturday night we only had to wait 5 minutes to get a table. The staff was super polite and friendly. Food was great. Overall one of the best experiences.

I can honestly say this was the worst dining experience I have had in several years. We called to be placed on the list at 5:30 and were told to come in at 6:30. Called ahead because we had a party of 7. We got there at 6:30 and they were very busy, so we were sat at 7:00 which was fine. Once we were seated we were “greeted” with the most unpleasant waitress I have ever come across in my entire life, Cami. For whatever reason she decided early on that she was not happy that we were there and she immediately targeted my mother as her least favorite, which makes no sense when my mom is the sweetest, most giving person you’ll ever meet. Around 7:30 my dad got his salad. My daughter and her boyfriend didn’t get theirs, so around 8:00 my mom mentioned it and Cami gave her the deadliest look you can imagine and walked away. Our food finally came around 8:30 (still no salads), and then she showed up with the salads. We never see the waitress again until 9:00 when everyone was finished eating-except my dad who NEVER GOT HIS FOOD. She immediately started blaming everything on the runner, how it was her job to tell her that he was still waiting on his food. (If she had returned to the table herself she would have noticed that he didn’t get his food). We live close to the Dyer location but for some reason we wanted to give this one a try. It was a mistake, one that won’t happen again.

My family and I have given this location more than enough chances and we will not be returning. We will drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the Dyer location which we love and never have issues.
On Saturday evening, right before the bears game. We were seated. They weren’t busy and the service was wonderful. BUT, the wait time for food was ridiculous. My husband and I both ordered the Country Fried Chicken. Same sides. Mine came out first. They said his would be up shortly. I started to eat mine so it didn’t get cold. I was more than half way done with it and he still did not receive his food. As I was almost done with mine, the manager brings out his food. Her name was Lena. I looked at his Country Fried Chicken and it looked as if it was a size for a kid. Everytime we go to Dyer we get the same thing and their chickens are almost the size of the plate length wise. We even showed her pictures of the Country Fried Chicken from Dyer because we go all the time and tell our family and friends how delicious and big they are. I asked her if they are usually this small?? She said depends on the weigh of the chicken etc. I explained to her that my meal I JUST ate was twice the size of my husbands. I didn’t think that was right… so she offered to bring him a new one. She did and it was fresh along with it being a normal size. It did take longer to get his second plate. She did apologize but could have done more. She didn’t seem like she cared at all. All she said was she would let the kitchen know. We were there from 6pm until almost 8:30! We will not be returning back to this location. We only went because we didn’t want to drive to Dyer. Definitely a disappointment and lesson learned.
Additional note: Our server did an amazing job.
