My server Hannah made our experience so worth it!! She brought us extra bread without us having to ask, she had a great attitude the whole time and made sure our food came out correctly. I really appreciate when servers are as attentive and kind as she was. On top of that, our steaks were cooked to a T and were soo juicy! Will definitely be returning to this location and asking for this server, 10/10 experience!

By far the worst texas roadhouse location within the nearest 50 miles, ALWAYS have horrible service. ALWAYS end up having to complain which i do not do at restaurants and have never had a good experience at this location. Not to mention their take out- they have absolutely zero integrity. All my steaks were given to us completely raw. And they don’t answer their phone so don’t try to even resolve your issue.

Horrible experience, at first everything was going well, drinks came out, appetizers served then waited an hour and 10 minutes to get our main course. The food was either over cooked or under cooked. The portions did not match the menu. I took 2 bites of my burger and I was disgusted. Our server was no where to be seen for about 30 minutes. When we were asked how was everything, we were honest about our experience. She then said let me get the manager. We spoke to the manager. She gave us a discount. We never received an apology. I will never go back to Texas Roadhouse. I do have some positive feed back, the bussers where doing amazing job. We had a lot of time to spare. Now those guys need a raise. Not 1 table was dirty for more than 2 minutes after a party has left

Just had my meal there and it was great. I wish I could remember the name of the waitress but she is very pretty so kind compassionate best waitress I’ve ever had in my life. She made the meal with her great personality even better. Hope I get her as waitress again you keep on cooking the great food there. Texas Roadhouse is one of my favorite restaurants. Consistently high quality food with reasonable pricing and yummy rolls. Getting a dozen rolls as takeout for $5 is a steal. House salad always fresh and crisp. Prime rib or rib eyes are my go tos. Loaded bake potatoes is always good and so is getting sauteed mushrooms on your meat.
