We sat at the bar. No wait for the rail. I was very promptly greeted and asked for a drink before even getting my coat off or seated. Food came quickly and accurately. Flavor was perfect. I had a 12oz ribeye, hubby had a New York Strip. I asked my husband if he wanted dessert, and before he even answered, the check was dropped. I love the food, but hate how it always feels like a sardine can.. Kudos to always being busy- the place is always packed. Wait is never long.

By far the best service we have ever had in the history of dining at Texas Roadhouse, legendary you could say. Thank you Linzie! Our first time eating at this location! When my husband’s steak was delivered the gentleman asked for him to cut through to make sure it was cooked correctly, and it was. We will be back! The greeters at the door were not very responsive or told us what to do when we checked in, it was weird, but I understand they have headsets on.

Porkchops delicious as always. Ribs not prepared as ordered and meals were missing sauces, but they were slammed so we let it go. Waiter was a little hectic and forgetful but very nice. FYI- this branch charges a surcharge for apps ordered as a meal.

My fiance cooks like Chef Gordon Ramsey and loved his steak he got when we went there a couple weeks back. He loved it so much I told our waitress that to please thank the cook personally for us because for him to actually like food cooked especially steak at a restaurant is unbelievable. Plus we were seated in the bar area away from kids which was perfect as well. Our waitress that day was badass and efficient. She was funny kind fast but quality service that is missing this day and age. I wanna say our waitress name was Anne Anna or Annie tall with long blonde hair. I want her shouted out personally and please give her a raise as she is a valuable asset to your company or promote her.

We had 6 adults and 3 children and were sat at a booth with a small table set beside it. Literally in the walk way path to the bathroom. They acted like seating us at a table was too difficult and we would have had to wait after already having to do so and already being seated in order to move. Meanwhile the larger table areas where seating 3 to 4 people at most that I saw.
I also noticed that it seemed they put most of the people who had children in that area. Felt like they were herding us like cattle. Thank god the server was good and the food was decent. Thank you Sheila for a good experience. The rest of your team could learn a lot from you. I understand the place was busy, but we called ahead and they knew it was a big party. For them to even consider putting us there of all places was ridiculous in my opinion and made the dinning experience more stressful than anything.

My husband ordered a medium rare steak and I ordered a medium one. When the steaks came out they were barely cooked at all like they only put it on grill to put color on it, husband sent his back and I changed my order completely to chicken. My husband never got to eat that night, the next steak was burnt, the 3rd was raw and he had them cook it more and they burnt it. We come smell it burnt before it came to the table. Manager said give them another chance and it was well done. So 5 steaks and they couldn’t produce a medium rare steak at all. Either raw or burnt no in between.

We really like Texas Roadhouse for their food! We have ordered their biggest steaks all the way down to their smallest stakes. Sometimes their is a minor complication with how it’s cooked, but they always fix it by up cooking usually. We have rarely ever had a steak replaced, I’m talking in my 15+ years of eating at Texas Roadhouses it is less than 5 times. The service is usually excellent, I have had some mediocre service, but it has been rare. Like anything though people sometimes have a bad day and some are new learning to wait on others and some just don’t have what it takes to wait on others. I don’t recall ever having bad service. I could write a small book on our experiences at Texas Roadhouse, but it would always be a positive experience. I don’t drink and I don’t like to be in a bar, but at Texas Roadhouse I don’t feel like I’m in a bar setting as I’m not in the bar area and it does not smell like alcohol in the restaurant. We really like eating their early dine meals. It is a fare price and allows us to eat their more often then we would if they didn’t have that option. We usually always get the steak option!
