I usually enjoy eating at Texas Roadhouse, and the service during my recent visit was good. However, I found a hair in my chili while I was eating, which was disappointing and concerning from a sanitation standpoint. I hope the management can remind kitchen staff to be more careful about hygiene, including wearing proper hair nets and beard covers if needed. Cleanliness is very important to customers, and I hope this can be improved in the future.

Emma J., was our waitress, she was friendly, fast and very polite. We ordered sirloin and ribeye and both were incredibly good. Cactus blossom was very yummy. All sides were super tasty and delicious. While eating 4 different waiters/waitress came to ask how everything was, even the manager. Attention in general was super good and food was great!!

The hotel we are staying at gave us these free food cards. I got the onion and fried pickles and the kids all ordered from the kids menu and scarfed it all up! 3 days later im still craving their lemonade
My waiter was a tall male, I forgot his name but he rushed me a bit, leaving the bill with boxes and a bag waiting for me when I got back from the bathroom which felt kinda rude. But other than that, everything else was great. I appreciated the clean bathrooms too.

We are so disappointed in our interaction with TRH this evening. We ordered 4 steaks, 1 chicken dinner and a burger plate. We placed this order for pick up. The bloomin’ onion was very tasteful. The burger was very good. The chicken was cooked well and was enjoyed. The 4 steaks were all disasters on a plate. None of the steaks were cooked correctly. The steaks were ordered 2 well done and 2 medium well. However they were all seriously undercooked. There was blood running on all plates at our dinner table. I believe we will have to seriously reconsider our choices in restaurants.

Went here for a guys night with my friends! Our waiter Stephen is amazing!! He regularly checked in with us, cleared empty glasses and plates allowing room for refilled drinks and fresh food to be placed! Even though they were in the middle of a rush! I used to work in a restaurant, so little things like that go a long way! Will be coming back!!

I love txrdh! My family and I eat here a lot. It’s budget friendly and the servers are always nice and the food Is fresh. Only thing I wish the company would do is create more space for their high demand. Restaurant is small. Other than that no complaints

Quick service, wonderful bubbly staff that was onto of refills and plate clearing.
Food was perfect. Bathrooms clean.
The one thing I do not like is how loud the music is every time. Especially when they seat you under a speaker, there is no way to hold a conversation let alone hear yourself think.
