We went to the Anderson location for lunch on Valentine’s Day, and even though they were very busy, everything was wonderful. We were seated immediately and even received a rose – such a sweet surprise.
Our server was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. My meal was delicious, and my steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, exactly how I ordered it.
Great food, great service, and a great experience overall. Will definitely be back!

I rarely rate and review- so just wanted to share that the Valentine’s lunch this past weekend at your restaurant was one of the most outstanding experiences I’ve had eating out in a long time. The customer service was outstanding- I loved that all employees were participating in the holiday: stickers, accessories, etc. that showed their passion for making customers feel special and their smiles and words felt authentic. It’s especially important to people like me who don’t “treat” themselves to dining outside the home very often…so when I was given a rose in addition to all the great service and food- I felt seen and appreciated. Thanks to the hostesses, the servers, the management team-keep up the positive work environment and little touches- you made my day!

I am unbelievably disappointed from today’s dining experience. I’m not the type of person who complains unless things were like they were today. We waited for over an hour on our food, even the waiter came by and apologized before we said anything. Then to top it off my son found hair in his applesauce, me and my wife ordered the combo chicken and 6oz steak, and upgraded both to 8oz that we were charged an extra dollar for each oz. One was overcooked and the other was undercooked. We bring this to the managers attention, and she offers to have the steaks cooked again, which I NEVER send my food back because I absolutely don’t trust employees to not “mess” with my food. Which isn’t far fetched in today’s world. On top of that why would we send ONLY the steaks back and let the rest of our food and our children’s food get cold, because yes, we eat as a family. She then offered us $25 off about $100 meal. I normally bring home leftovers when we “fine dine,” but left every bit of it there because it was disappointing to see that was your resolution as someone who often likes to eat at the Anderson roadhouse instead of our home town roadhouse in Muncie because it’s normally on point. People work to hard to have these luxuries only to be placated by the manager with $25 dollars off a meal that we worked so damn hard for. Not everybody is out to get a “free” meal, but when you’re wrong, you’re wrong!! DO BETTER!!

There is other music in Texas that isn’t whiny country…. the steak tastes of dirty grill but cooked correctly without seasoning, cant fix that with a new steak. Shrimp app was good! Clean salad! Nice and patient staff! DAMN THAT STEAK

The food is always consistently good, the service is great, but the atmosphere is awful. The music is so loud you can’t hear the person sitting next to you let alone the waitress trying to take your order. I appreciate the complimentary bread, I don’t appreciate the complimentary migraine

This Texas Roadhouse is one of the worst I have ever been to. Normally, the quality of food and service is great, but this specific location is awful!
Our party ordered steaks, all which arrived cold. Even our sides were cold. The butter on our baked potatoes wasn’t melting, which shows you just how cold the food was. When we told our server about it, they just brushed us off and said it was busy. Our waitress was also rude the whole night and never brought us refills after us asking multiple times.
This location is awful. Save your money and go to a different location.

The food is always good at all locations. You can depend on that fact! Now the meat temperature will depend on different locations. However this location does a great job of cooking their steaks. Service was amazing. I was sitting at the bar and the bartenders were amazing. Photo is a shout out to the wonderful bartenders!

Friday night dinner!
We were in Anderson and decided to stop here. I had not been to this one before. Busy for a Friday night but the wait isn’t that long when you use the waitlist in the app.
Had 2 appetizers. Blooming onion and rattlesnake bites. Both were tasty as usual. Rolls came late to the table because they were baking more. The size of them were much smaller then other Texas Roadhouses I’ve been to before.
I ordered a 6oz sirloin with a salad and green beans. Both were delicious and juicy. I liked how the waitress asked us to check our steaks to make sure they were cooked to our order and they were. My husband had a 16oz sirloin and steak fries. Our waitress, Sara, was nice and had our refills coming with out asking. Overall an enjoyable evening.

We went on a Friday evening for dinner before going to a show at the Paramount. I ordered a Ribeye, cooked medium. It took about 40 minutes to get our food, and my steak was WELL done. The server did offer to have it replaced, but I declined. We did not have an extra 40 minutes to wait for someone to cook another steak. Plus, if they don’t know how to cook the first one medium, why would I chance it that they know how to cook the next one correctly. Even though I chose to keep the first steak, I was rather disappointed that a manager didn’t at least stop at our table. That was always protocol when I was a server.

The server who brought out our food was very rude to my grandmother. She had politely asked three separate times for a Coke but never received it. When she asked the server again, the response was, “I’m not your waitress,” said in a very dismissive and unprofessional tone, after which the server speed walked away toward the kitchen. We informed the manager of the situation, but unfortunately no action was taken.
