The food was excellent! I had the steak and ribs, which were all very tender. The potato skins were very cheesy. We loved the rolls and cinnamon butter! My daughter had the chicken critters and steak, which she said had good flavor. Very good green beans with bacon. This is our go-to place when I drop her off and pick her up from OU.

Never been to a Texas roadhouse before. The food was plentiful and delicious. Much better then the aussie place. The salad isn’t anything to brag about however and the main meal took a long time to come out but we were already full. Ha. Had a rib eye that was done perfectly. Will be back.

The ONLY truly tasty food here anymore are the steaks and the dinner rolls. Potatoes are usually hard and tepid; veggies are typically hard or soggy; salads are served nearly freezing; the salt content in the marinades is extremely high. Not sure what’s going on In the kitchen. The wait staff are amazing and are always wonderfully friendly!

I always expect for the grilled chicken to be burnt to a crisp and dry, and tonight was no exception – as usual. Sad they let food leave the kitchen looking the way it does, especially on a carry-out order. It’s as if they count on the patron not dealing with the hassle to come back to complain. Managers always make it right but my dinner is now ruined as it’s inedible and by the time I receive a replacement, I won’t be hungry. They skimped on the sides and we received the tiniest, driest roles as well.

Went on a date and arrived a few minutes before the man and instead of being seated to order a drink or get comfortable, I was told by dozen or so staff gathered around the gossip register that I should awkwardly twiddle thumbs in a crowed lobby. At least the steak was perfect because nobody bothered to ask how the food was until we needed a check!

We stopped here while traveling. My wife had the smothered steak, which she liked. My burger was decent. The motel where we stayed gave us a voucher for a free appetizer. We tried their version of the blooming onion. It wasn’t very good – – some of the onions were tough as cardboard. But it was free, so not a big deal. I wish there was a better selection of craft beers.

Took an hour to get our food after ordering (half rack of ribs and beef tips). Was told still being prepared, but when it finally came out both meals were not even luke warm. It’s frustrating seeing tables come in after us order, eat, and some leave before getting our food. Also frustrating that the manager visited every table around us but since we had a problem he ignored us. I understand this is a busy restaurant, but it wasn’t that busy.

Waited 20 minutes for a server to even address our table, one of our meals was supposed to be steak and ribs and we received steak and shrimp because the ribs weren’t done yet. Kids’ burgers were extremely salty. Basically, the salad was the best part.
