I ordered the 20 oz Bone-In Ribeye Steak with sautéed mushrooms and onions, along with a baked potato topped with sour cream. Every bite was magical. The steak was cooked perfectly, rich and tender, and the sides complemented it beautifully. The flavors were spot on and genuinely unforgettable.

This place was hopping on a Thursday night, but we still got seated quickly. I had never been to this location before and everything about it was great. You could tell the employees liked working there because they were all smiling and friendly.

Placed an online order for two dozen rolls to take to work tomorrow in the ER for Thanksgiving. Got two dozen rolls, smooshed into a takeout container. Also ordered a burger and fries. Sat at the pick up spot for 20 minutes before I finally gave up and went inside to pick up my order. Had texted twice that I was there and was told that someone would be out shortly. Called the restaurant and was transferred to carry out and no one ever picked up. So now I’m eating cold fries and a burger. And taking smooshed rolls to work tomorrow. Because that’s not embarrassing. Not impressed.

I’ve never had a problem with the servers, who are enjoyable to be around, patient, and very good at getting the correct order for each table. The food is also amazing, which comes snappy and is always ready during pick-ups. It is not a very long wait for a table and I’ve never found them dirty. The walls are very decorative showing all kinds of stuff, it ranges from patriotic stuff to animal heads, really expressing the theme, the west.

You lost a loyal customer. We live 5 min from West Chester location. Our autistic son loves it. Have been there a ton. Used the app as soon as we parked said here. Told us to come inside. We did and checked in standing right next to hosts. After 20 min as front again they said oh yeah you are on deck. Still several groups I asked again. A young male said too bad we called you 25 min ago so you need to wait. Again we were 2 feet from them the whole time. All the hosts had zero customer service skills. Just an awful experience will never go back. Avoid this location if you want good service. They simply do not care

We got there at a time where there weren’t many people. A little after 11:00 AM and were able to walk in. No waiting list!. Service was excellent. Prices were reasonable. Portions were generous. Food was delicious and tasted fresh. … A little bit disappointed nothing vegetarian other than a vegetable plate. Some Texas Roadhouses will offer black bean burgers. Restrooms were clean. Good crowd. Lots of televisions for sports and entertainment.

This location is fairly close to where we live. I love being able to order everything perfectly online and it’s always ready on time. Then the steaks or burgers are cooked perfectly and come with all of the sides. The rolls and peanuts are great also.We have eaten in and order take out quite a few times and this place is perfection every time. ‼️

The food was ok I definitely have had better steak at other restaurants. But the service was weak! The server never refilled or drinks he spoke to us twice the entire visit (the weren’t busy) and had mich as I appreciate the restaurant being clean I don’t want to eat when someone is cleaning right next to me. I will for sure rather go to longhorn or even outback way better experience

We went on a busy night, and I honestly expected poor service because of it. Instead, I was treated to some of the best service I’ve had in a restaurant in likely a decade. While we did have a wait, things felt like like moved briskly, with people frequently being seated. Despite the crowd, everyone was friendly. Server handled everything perfectly, often confirming if we needed something before we even had the chance to ask for it.
