Surprised to find this place in Canton to be slightly better than my hometown. The steaks are more crispier on the outside but real tender on the inside. The bread as always is amazing. Half ribs are tender and flavourful. And the Beef Tips has that savoury sweet taste and texture. It was probably the gravy but whatever they did, TH really did their job the best tonight. Hope to see myself back here more often. Belden Village never fails.

Another great experience at a new to us texas roadhouse. The place was clean and the staff was great. The food was awesome as usual and it didn’t disappoint. We got refills without asking and even a free app. Only thing we didn’t like was we were sat at the table right in front of the restrooms. We got a free app coupon for the shrimp but we will use it on another trip. Can’t wait to get another steak.

So busy, hard to hear myself think. I guess that’s a good sign. Filet was great, cooked as ordered. Porterhouse came well done when medium rare was ordered. They fixed quickly, but the particular cut was not the best quality. Or the redo was rushed.
Bathrooms were clean, as well as dining area. The servers were bustling but still very attentive.
Miss the old days of brushing the shells onto the floor. Haha

I will first off start with the wait for our food was crazy we literally had to give our name and go out to our vehicle and wait to be seated for a half hour 45 minutes then we get in there and our waitress was everything that you definitely didn’t want to see in a waitress complaining about her shift and how she was over it and she was ready to go home and she just wanted to sit down and she was very unpleasant our food was not made the way that we said we wanted it to be made my husband likes his medium rare and able to chew because he has problems with his teeth so he doesn’t like tough meet his meat was absolutely tough fatty and just all around disgusting oozing out blood my food was supposed to be barely any blood showing and it was bloody to the point I thought that the animal was still alive and it was rough very tough to eat we ended up not even eating our meals other than the mashed potatoes in the macaroni and cheese that we also ordered with our food and he had a half a slab of ribs which he said was fine I was supposed to have seasoned rice and the last time I was there it was great it was delicious and this time it was hot spicy and I could not even eat it are drinks were wrong I was supposed to have lemonade you was supposed to have tea and the tea was unsweetened the lemonade was just nasty I ordered a blooming onion and I asked her if I could wait till the end to have her bring it out to me because I didn’t want it to get cold while I was waiting cuz I was taking it home to my son and she ended up not even bringing it out and she kept disappearing during our visit are silverware was disgusting had food still kicked on it both of our knives and forks and we waited for a while to be able to get new ones to the point that we actually had to have another waitress get a silverware because we couldn’t find our waitress and it had been like 15 minutes since we seen her last and we wasn’t the only ones that were upset about this experience than people next to us was very upset as well because she was their waitress too and they got treated the same way so we ended up spending almost $100 bill plus a tip just because we’re not the type of people to not tip knowing they depend on those tips we had an awful experience down to the food and not getting the bloomin Onion that we were supposed to get spending money we probably should have saved beings that we didn’t even eat our food very frustrating because we like Texas Roadhouse and this experience definitely has a second-guessing ourselves on going back unfortunately

We ate her on a Friday and there was not an empty seat anywhere! Wait staff (Anna) was great, friendly, big smile and attentive. I had the beef tips and they were great. My grand daughters ribs where fall off the bone and wonderful. 10/10

The music is just way too loud. I wish they had large party accommodations. We had 11 and had to sit at two different booths. A bit awkward but overall our tables’ server was very good and the food was good

Food was not great. Out of 4 dinners, only one was just ok. Rolls was not cooked all the way. Food was sweet when it should of been savory. Waitress was probably overwhelmed and overworked cause of how busy, but she was not nice or polite. They was supposed to take fried pickles off the bill, and they didn’t but at that point we just wanted to leave. Manager was really nice though.

2nd time poor service very long wait. Did not recieve our waters for quite some time. Salad delivered it was good. Then rolls nice and hot. My sons steak was over done was supposed to be medium they took it away over 15 min later it arrived. Well everything else was cold. I had finished eating. So he took it to go. Took off $10. Won’t be back for awhile don’t like being just a number.
