This was my first experience having American food at a restaurant in the United States, and I visited with my family to celebrate my birthday. I ordered the sirloin with shrimp, and overall it was very enjoyable. The steak was cooked perfectly to a medium rare, but the shrimp was a bit too salty for my taste. As a first-timer, I also didn’t realize that you should cut into your steak right away to check the doneness—now I know for next time.
The warm rolls with cinnamon butter were incredible, and I finally understand why everyone says they’re addictive.

Texas Roadhouse never disappoints! Karly H (the manager) goes above and beyond to create the perfect culinary experience. The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor — from the perfectly seasoned steaks to those famous rolls with cinnamon butter that you can’t stop eating. The staff is friendly, upbeat, and makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere is fun and lively, perfect for families or a night out with friends. You can really tell they take pride in their service and food quality. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a great meal and great vibes every time!

Did an online order and pickup my food. My steak was cooked literally perfect medium and beautiful grill lines. Very delicious. Rolls were cooked just right. Best experience I’ve had ordering fast food in a while. Kudos to the chef tonight 10/3 at 8pm

The service was amazing. We were seated quickly. Our server made sure we had everything we needed. He made great recommendations. The food was delicious. I had the island punch with a kicker and it was nice and delicious, my husband had the mango frozen margarita. For food I had the 8oz salmon with loaded mash potatoes and broccoli. My husband had the rib and 8oz steak combo with mash potatoes and green beans. My son had the rib ranger basket, and my daughter had the chicken finger ranger basket. Can’t forget about the famous rolls with cinnamon butter, served nice and warm!! We truly enjoyed our food. We love Texas Roadhouse will be back soon

Staying across at the hotel. I can see this restaurant from my window. The big sign did help me get find it. I ended up on the back end. That’s where you can pick up food places from the app, or you can order from here. If you want to dine in, head over to the front. Don’t worry about the parking lot. You’ll find plenty of parking in the front. If, for whatever reason, it’d be full, the back has parking too. I was greeted with a smile and had all my questions answered. I ended up getting the salmon. The entire experience was delightful. I can see myself ordering from this restaurant. I got extra bread which I was thankful for. Payment will be in the form of cash or credit card. I don’t know if the app is easy to navigate. I like to think it is. The shirts in the back make me feel like everyone lives by that code.

What’s happened to this place?
We stopped in last night around 9pm. After digging into our rolls, we noticed that 3 out of the 4 forks we had between the 2 of us were dirty. Our waitress never came back after taking our order so the food runner had to get us new silverware.
The food itself was pretty terrible. Her salad was good but I got steak and ribs and both were very flavorless and dry. Ribs were so fall off the bone that they were mushy and dried out. Barely any sauce on them. The steak itself was okay but had zero seasoning and was pretty dry despite being medium. My rice and sweet potato were pretty good.
Girlfriend went to the bathroom and said it was absolutely disgusting. Staff also left stuff all over the floor for most of the time we were there. There were spray bottles and brooms and stuff left on the ground for 20+ minutes despite no staff cleaning up the area any longer.
Next time I’ll just stay home and cook my own food for the price of it. Never had a bad experience there before but clearly things have changed.

We will never be back to another Texas Roadhouse. We’ve had issues before and, after 2 years, decided to come back today to try again. It was a big mistake. Our server was mediocre at best. Had to ask 3 different people for straws and silverware. The bread and appetizer we got were good but it went downhill fast while we were waiting on our food. The wait time was incredibly long. We waited nearly 40 minutes for our food. While we were waiting, the music was turned up so loud that everything was vibrating. My 7 year old and I both had to plug our ears because it was so loud. Everything was vibrating and I now have a terrible headache. Our food finally came and it was cold. Everything was cold. I assume that while the servers were performing the “line dance” our food was dying in the window. My husband’s burger was a hockey puck. It was like they lit it on fire and let it burn. We will never be back.

Waiting, miscommunication, and disappointment. Decided to go here for a late Valentine’s dinner last night and was quoted about an hour and a half wait time. Normally roadhouse is always worth that wait, last night it was not. When entering after getting the notice that our table was ready and that our server would be with us shortly we stood at the front counter for almost 15 minutes and saw two boys just flirting with the girls at the front desk and another in a dew rag just squatting down taking a break. After that we were seated with no cutlery and our waitress took our drink order. Then some more waiting, about 20 minutes passed and a different waitress finally showed up to take our meal order. At this point the original waitress shows up with our drinks and starts arguing over whose table we are with the second waitress. Our food showed up an hour later, we ordered two medium steaks and I got a baked potato. What showed up was two overly well done steaks and a half raw potato. They do have you cut into these steaks to make sure they’re cooked how you’d like them but at this point my date and I were pretty much over this dinner and didn’t want to wait another hour just to be disappointed again. We originally arrived here at 5pm, we walked out the doors shortly before 9pm. Miserable experience, unorganized staff, underwhelming food.
