I don’t often leave a review for restaurant chains, but I’ve found that the experience & food quality is really consistent.
I had the 16 oz sirloin, cooked med rare. The steak was perfectly cooked and for .99 I upgraded my cup of chili to a bowl, add a cup of mashed potatoes and I was stuffed.
My wife ordered a 6 oz steak, cooked medium well. She said it was perfectly cooked and her entire meal was good.
She enjoyed a side salad with house Italian dressing. And you can’t forget the rolls & butter.
Service was friendly & attentive.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a texas roadhouse. Statrted off bad from the start where we didn’t get our rolls until our entrees came. We both ordered two sirloins which were very overcooked. They were both ordered medium and one came medium well and the other one was definitely well done. (pic included). This would have been okay if our server bothered to check on us every now and then to see how we were doing. it was like food was dropped off and they immediately ran off and didn’t bother to ask us to cut into it. was tired of waiting at this point so i guess it’s going to be a good snack for the dogs. Steak was dry and flavorless didn’t even have any seasoning on it whatsoever. Also ordered a beer and a marg which we didn’t receive until after we were finished with our meals. Again, if our server checked on us at least once through the course of this issues could have been avoided but she didn’t even seem apologetic for the inconvenience. The only thing our server was quick about was taking her tip at the end of the night which was still over 15% despite everything.

Jay is a very attentive server. For a new restaurant she is on the ball. She has a nice smile and a good attitude. The onion blossom we ordered took longer than we thought it would take, but I put that to growing pains of the restaurant. It was very crispy and spiced perfectly. My strip sirloin was very tender and cooked exactly like I like. My salad was very good. The green beans were ok, not the best but ok. They needed a little bit of spice. The ribs were very good. I think in a few months everything will be perfect. I still give it five stars for a brand new restaurant.

We will NEVER go back here. I put us on the waitlist which was over 2 hours!! We arrived at about 1.5 hours just to make sure we were there on time . The hostesses were so rude and unhelpful. Once we finally sat down it was chaos in there. We ordered food and our drinks were always empty. The food was awful, my husband asked for a rare steak and it was terribly cooked. The rest of the items were dry and definitely not worth your 2 hour wait and time!!

It was great. I had the country fried chicken,loaded Mac and cheese, and corn. Was seated almost instantly (even though they were packed) and had a good server. Overall we were very satisfied p.s. the drinks weren’t watered down

Our server ANTHONY was an amazing server, above and beyond in service and was VERY over the top! Very smart and articulate (went over the various types of steaks and the way they can be cooked for my son that really hasn’t eaten red meat before) manager came over and was very pleasant as well (Amanda)
We drove all the way from almost Warren to eat at this restaurant because my son lives nearby and this is now our favorite location even though it was kind of chilly! What a great restaurant!!!

Coming in we had a party of 13 adults. I was impressed in todays resturaunt world that Texas Roadhouse had such a big and hussling staff. That speaks volumes of the owners and managers how the staff is treated. The weather was horrible out but on Wednesday at 6pm they were busy! Food came out fast and hot. Perfect from salads to steaks to country fried chicken. Great service and pricing was very reasonable.

Went to the new location in North Olmsted. Everything was really fresh and cooked to perfection! Just a constructive criticism… I would recommend a modification to the waiting area/exit. It is totally bizonkers every time I go with people coming and going.
