In regards to a 2 rib dinner my son picked up yesterday 8-25-25 ticket #80025 the total bill was over $150, everything was great with the exception of the 2 rib dinners, mine was very dry and burnt they tried to hide it with sauce. My wife’s ribs were very small and also dry, crisp.
I have always enjoyed every meal this will be one of the few experiences. But it definitely makes me want to check any to go order before leaving the restaurant.
Please try harder to keep customer service a priority.
I will be adding 3 photos and you can guess which one is from the website vs the ones we paid over $40.00 , the salad was at least great.

Today 9/02/25 the manager zack reached out to me and made it Right ,
I will be returning … So please call and speak to the manager and give them an opportunity to help fix the issue in most cases it is a isolated problem that considering how many orders get processed on a daily basis there will be a few that fall thru the cracks.
We will continue to go at least twice every other month but still a good idea to take a fast peak at the take out containers just in case.

The only issue that I had was that our salads were brought out just before our meals. I don’t believe it was our servers fault. I think it was just customer overload. The food itself was excellent. My steak was perfect.

My husband and I ordered the 6 oz. Filet mignon and both of our steaks were cooked perfectly. Our whole meal was really good. Christian was our server and he was fabulous! Very friendly, professional, and he checked on us multiple times to see how everything was and if we needed anything else. I highly recommend asking for Christian if you stop in.

I am a fan of Texas Roadhouse as my brother worked at the Brookpark location for many years. Needless to say I was very disappointed in this location for many reasons. First it wasn’t very busy at all the other day. Which I thought would make for good service and food. That was not the case. When arrived you of course get the bread at your table which we did. To our surprise the rolls were cold and hard like they had been sitting for awhile. When the waitress came to the table to get drink order we asked if we could get fresh rolls as these were hard and cold. She brings us another set of rolls that were just as bad not fresh at all still hard and cold. I didn’t bother to ask for anymore as she looked irritated that we were not satisfied. We then placed our order for an appetizer which were potato skins. These came out fine thank goodness. Then we ordered our meals. When meals came out the only thing warm not hot were the mashed potatoes. Steaks for both my self and husband were cold. Didn’t even bother to eat our meal at the restaurant as the food was trash. The waitress didnt bother to engage and see what she could do to better the situation. Overall very disappointed. I don’t believe we will be visiting this location again.

We dine here fairly frequently, sometimes on location, sometimes to go. Today we did brunch in restaurant and had the best waitress I think I’ve ever had in all of my dining experiences. Benita. Sorry if I misspelled her name. She was so incredibly hospitable, efficient and genuine. Thanks for the great dining experience today. 🙂
We have rarely had issues dining here, but even when we have, the managers handle it professionally and promptly. Highly recommend, even if it’s very busy, it’s worth the wait. Be patient!

We ordered 14 meals on New Years Eve for takeout ! It was a very large order and they were packed! We got our food on time and everything tasted excellent!! What really impressed me is our order was perfect with nothing missing! Every side and every sauce perfect!! Every member of my family asked that I write a review to say how wonderful everything tasted!! So impressed with our Texas Roadhouse right here in Elyria, Ohio!

Service was fantastic, Kendall was amazing! The food and the wait not so much. Salmon is way too salty, steaks overcooked and dry. This place use to be our go to as a family dinner. It has declined big time.

One of the best Texas Roadhouse locations I’ve ever been to. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, we had an issue where our card was charged twice, but I spoke with the manager, Scott—such a nice and kind person, and very willing to help. Everything was handled professionally. Lively atmosphere, I sound like an old lady but the music was definitely too loud, they turned it up for the dancey dance thing they do and I think they forgot to turn it down afterwards. I ordered the roadkill, wasn’t super impressed, but it wasn’t bad. My mashed potatoes were cold. The man’s had the smokehouse burger, and he didn’t love it. He realized halfway through that there was no BBQ sauce on it. The new cocktails are good, and I am thankful for non alcoholic options, but they are $5 no refills. Our server was great, got us some buns to go when we got the check. We’ve been to Texas roadhouse before in other states and it just really isn’t worth the hype, it’s more of a once a year family gathering or birthday celebration place. I’m okay if we don’t go again. I’m never over the moon about the food.

THIS SPECIFIC TEXAS ROADHOUSE IN ELYRIA HAD TO BE THE BEST ROADHOUSE EVER!! THE ENVIRONMENT WAS FUN, LAUGHTER & DANCING FROM THE EMPLOYEES!! I LOVED THE VIBE THEY BROUGHT ALL AROUND THE RESTAURANT!!
