I’ll have to be honest, it was not a good experience dinning here this time. I ordered the beef tips which is listed to come ontop of mashed potatoes or rice. I will admit I am partially at fault. I didn’t realize the dish only came with one side. But I’ve never had a waiter substitute half my meal for an extra side. Waiters words “I just assumed you wanted it substituted for the extra side”. I don’t really think it’s appropriate for a waiter to assume anything about a customers meal. I’ve also never had a waiter not clarify something that’s on the menu, people make mistakes and most meals come with two sides. There was minimal effort attempted to rectify this by bringing an already prepared side of potatoes with gravy. Which I wasn’t asksd if I wanted them to have gravy, the meal already had a lot of gravy. Overall was not a good dinning experience. Not to mention when I went to the restroom it was over crowed with staff and some of them appeared to be passing a vape to each other. Not the experience I’m used to having at this establishment.

I went to this Texas Roadhouse and it was pretty busy. I will say the service was still fast and efficient. I went in and placed a take out order.
Mars assisted me and her customer service was great. Although busy the wait wasn’t long at all for dine in/ take out.
I will visit again and highly recommend.
Got back to my room without checking and everything was there and tasted great.
Definitely a family environment.

Overall, this location is a good one to eat at. I have eaten here many times and if there are any issues they will fix it. Honestly I have had only one issue and it was the bread, they gave me two cooked ones and two undercooked ones that were still doughy. They got a new basket immediately no quarrels. The people that go there are typically nice and considerate. The staff is the same. I usually sit at the bar and everyone is so nice there you can talk or just stay to yourself. The only complaint at this restaurant is the parking. When they are busy it can get a bit cut throat. They won’t give you room to drive around and block you. I went just yesterday and was almost hit 5 times trying to find a spot. Other than this it is a good experience here. I checked off 20-30$ for a meal per person but depending on your mood you could do 15-20$, I just like getting the steak which puts you over that mark. Oh if you wait for a table when I went yesterday (they were busy) they were saying 1-1 1/2 hour wait so yeah that could affect your experience.

I went to this Texas Roadhouse by accident instead of the other one and I’m glad it worked out that way. I hit the bar and my server Adriana was an absolute sweetheart. She was very knowledgeable, hospitalable and friendly. I had the app combo and a a bacon cheeseburger. The boneless wings were so good. They didn’t taste like those extra breast joints you get elsewhere. The potato skins were delicious too.
My burger was so on point. The bacon was nice, thick and crispy. The burger was cooked just right and the cheese was nice and melted.
Always a good time at Texas Roadhouse and please keep Adriana on your team!

I was shocked on how good this visit went! We added ourselves to the wait list online about 15 minutes before we arrived. When we arrived they sat us in within a couple minutes. Now, the waiting area was packed and this place was BUSY! Our server was great! Very quick with everything and always taking away dirty dishes. All the food arrived fast and it was all delicious. The place was staffed up with servers, cooks, bussers, expos, and host. I was impressed with the amount of staff, the organization, speed, and friendliness the team. Whoever is managing this Texas Roadhouse deserves a raise. Well done & thank you! Highly recommend!

Ate there one time before steak was tough it was a filet they took it back gave me another no difference just as tough as the first so I figured things can happen. Thought I give them another try this time I ordered the ribeye medium rare came out well done they took it back next one came out medium don’t know what there doing I’ll never go back the only thing good was the rolls

waitress stopped by multiple times to check on us and the wait wasnt horrible. around 20-30 minutes to wait which wasnt bad. the food came almost instantly and everything was hot and fresh. she offered multiple refills and asked us how the food was multiple times. I would recommend. the pay wasnt horrible either. $30-$40 including a $6 tip for two people.

Been to this location many times and am usually quite satisfied, my last visit was no exception. The dinner rolls and appetizers were great and the steak was cooked to perfection! The wait staff is very polite and has us taken care of. The food came out in a timely manner (rolls, apps, salads, steaks) and our drinks were always topped off. Good times!

Just left Texas Roadhouse Holland, and I will definitely be returning. The food, absolutely amazing. I have not had a steak this good in a LONG time. The prices were also very fair for the quality of food they offer! Then the staff themselves were amazing, from the friendly host, to our server Sofie! She was the sweetest and most amazing server we’ve ever had! I always appreciate when a server does their job, but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND! As soon as she saw our drinks get low, they were refilled instantly. Our food came out in a timely manner! She also made sure to introduce herself and ask about our days! The best part was, she made sure we had an abundant amount of those Texas Roadhouse rolls .
