I have always loved eating here. Every time we get a server who is competent and takes good care of us. The food is delicious and the wait is never horribly long. I love the rolls and could just eat those and be very satisfied. The baked potatoes are also so delicious! The steak is always cooked the way you want, and the chicken is moist and perfect.

Be aware of the Willie corner! This corner is by far 10 degrees cooler than any other seat and you will likely get forgotten about. We waited 20 mins after ordering and asked about our appetizer and it was forgotten. Our food came out and they forgot the fries , that took another 10 minutes. Then our appetizer came out after we had eaten. We have never had issues in the past but today was the exception. Appetizer was removed from the bill. On a positive note the ribs are by far the best you can get !

A lot of forgotten things. The food was ok but the lack of attention to detail brought down the experience. I ordered croutons on the side of my salad so I was brought a salad with no dressing at all. I had to wait 10 minutes to finally get dressing. There was no spoon brought for my daughters applesauce. They forgot to bring the drink for our take out order as well.

May have been a bad night. We were seated in an awful spot given the available seating. Waitress seemed put out by order for water, in place of sugary beverages. Salad was very good (recommend their homemade Italian, bread was old, stale and not fresh. Again, may have been time of day we were there 8:00pm on Monday.

I e visited plenty of Texas Roadhouse in America and I have to say this is the best one. The food was delicious and it had a very welcoming atmosphere. Daizi you were amazing over the phone, when I called back a second time AND then when we got there with less people. Brian you service and awareness of our needs was near perfection. We showed up with a party of 7 and at the last minute added 4 more family members. No big deal!! They adjusted quickly and got us all seated. Service was excellent and the food was delicious! Never a bad experience here.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. The food has always been great and a good price. They must have had a new cook tonight. I ordered a medium well steak. It was bloody. Sent it back for a new one. It was more rare than the 1st. So I just didn’t eat it . Never had this happen before.
