We got together with my hubby’s family to celebrate his birthday. Our server, Logan, was excellent, especially considering we had a large group! Our bread baskets were always full, and our entees were delivered before we were finished with our appetizers. Everything was fresh, hot, and prepared just the way we ordered. We were all very pleased!

We got there and was in a booth within 10 mins ordered our food. There was 4 of us. All steak meals 3 medium well mine well done smothered in mushrooms. They finally bring the food out and my 14 oz ribeye was bleeding blood all over the plate! Steak was big and tons of mushrooms looked great! They took it back to cook it longer by time they brought it back out by family was done eating and the steak the brought me was the same steak but half the steak was gone. Looked like the thick middle part they just cut out it went from a huge steak to a small steak and barely any mushrooms the manager asks is there anything else I can get you? I asked can I get some more mushrooms please not even asking why my steak looked like an 8 oz steak instead of the 14 oz steak that I had 20 mins prior n she says I can bring you a couple but any more than that I’ll have to charge you for double lmao after messing up my dinner threatening to have to charge me double. Our waiter Dakota, he was amazing! But unfortunately picking Texas Roadhouse on Valentines Day was a mistake! Texas roadhouse is my favorite place to go but after this visit I won’t be going back to Marysville Texas Roadhouse! Then when leaving my son said mom i never got my mashed taters!! Lmao so cooks suck..manager was rude..thanks for making my Valentines day a bust!!

Food wasn’t really up to standards. Didn’t get rolls until well after putting in order. Chili was luke warm. Catfish was good though. Had to ask for booster for 1yo. Didn’t get it for 10 minutes. Just some things to work on maybe. They treated my small family with kindness that counts but maybe heat up the chili.

I used the drive-thru for the first time last night. Ordering online can be weird, but the online experience with Texas Roadhouse was perfect.
The window team was friendly, timely, and professional. I’m definitely doing this again and have already recommended using it to friends.

Went here for my husband birthday. The place was packed. There was quite a bit of birthdays. The best chili I ever ate at a food joint. It was perfect with beans and meat, they put cheese on top and red onions. I ordered a cup of chili. I ate it all before i got any pictures but it was a decent size. Chicken was moist and delicious. My steak was cooked perfectly, my husband was supposed to be well done but ended up a little pink. Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. Mashed potatoes were plentiful and great. Took some cheesecake to go…wasn’t my favorite.

The Service Manager, at this location was absolutely amazing! Despite the bustling crowd on a Friday night, Britani made a point to touch base with us and every neighboring table around us! She stoped to check on food , service and our overall dining experience. It’s nice to see a manager who genuinely cares about their guests and wants to ensure that they receive the very best treatment possible. We will most certainly return and will be recommending the Marysville location above all others we’ve been to…

The food is probably good, but I’m not sure why a very specific request to get me steak “medium rare” ends up in getting “well done” dry meet. It’s a shame as the meet was good but the cooking killed it.

We ordered 2 steaks to go medium, other trimmings, the stakes were raw. They had no flavor. We live twenty minutes out of town.You would hope that they would make sure the drive through food was right.

Stopped by for dinner on the way back from a client meeting in Marysville. The place was busy despite being very early (around 5 PM) on a Tuesday which is a great sign. The first lot of bread was undercooked but the server brought out a new batch of fresh bread when we pointed out. She was extremely helpful and gave great recommendations for dishes to check out. The food was excellent and very well prepared. Country Fried Chicken dinner was probably the best out of the lot and very filling after an entire day of going without food. Would definitely go back there when I go there next time.
