The food and service were great. The wait was 90 minutes which is evidence of how well this specific franchise is run. My wife and I skipped the line and sat at the first come first served seating at the bar. Still outstanding food and excellent service. And the bar atmosphere was friendly and engaging. Had a great time.

Went for takeout. 90 minute wait for a steak and baked potato. This used to be a really good place. It continues to get worse eat time we visit. Longhorn is so much more consistent with service.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant was dirty from the moment we sat down. Tables around us were left unbused for our entire meal, trash covered the floors, and the area beneath our table was especially disgusting — I took photos to document it. What made it worse was watching employees walk right past the mess without doing anything about it.
On top of that, the service was incredibly slow and inattentive. Overall, it felt like no one cared about cleanliness or the guest experience. Definitely not what I expected and not a place I’d rush back to.

The food was good. My husband ordered the medallions and he loved them. I ordered the sirloin and it was not cooked to my liking. The waitress took it back to have them recook it and it was still too done for my liking. I gave up and just took it home for my husband to eat the next day. He eats his meat cooked more done than I do. I made my meal on my salad, potato, and bread. These were wonderful!

What can we say awesome food and awesome service! Long line but my husband and I sat at the bar. We ordered the Cactus bloom which was fried to perfection. Next we ordered the country fried steak, which is a HUGE portion and we highly recommend! We had loaded steak fries, ceaser salad and baked potatoes. The rice is the best I have ever had!! Our bartender was fast and friendly, very attentive. If you are going on a date night skip the line and head to the bar for faster service, otherwise the wait will definitely be worth it!!

My partner and I had a lovely experience here! I have been here countless times and it’s always excellent. Our server, Cheri, went above and beyond and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and had some great recommendations for us that day. The server was nice, very attentive but the food was bad. Sent my steak back because it was rare instead of medium well and if came back the same. I brought it home and finished cooking it. The rattlesnake bites were just cheese and maybe one slither of jalapeno in each one. Had to wait for butter for the rolls because it wasn’t brought to the table with rolls. All around bad experience for a birthday dinner.

Took my stepdaughter for her birthday and everything was wonderful. Thank you for a great dining experience. She had the smothered chicken, her boyfriend had the steak and ribs, and I had a steak. The meat was all tender and the vegetables were very tasty.
