We visited this restaurant for a lunch. The food wasn’t great, the meat was not very soft.. apart from the prime rib that was slowly cooked.
Loaded potato was dry and not very tasty.
The bread and butter that you get for appetizer was very very tasty, as well as cheesecake!
One meal was forgotten so we waited for 30min extra.

You can’t go wrong getting a good medium cooked steak from Texas Roadhouse. Although I wanted Prime rib, and they didn’t have anymore available, I really enjoyed the ribeye that I got. The sides are always good and I can never get enough of the bread.

Our waiter was friendly, provided good service. My wife ordered prime rib, turned out they didn’t have it after waiting on our meal. They made it right, just a bit of a inconvenience. The porterhouse seemed small, especially the filet side compared to what I’ve got at other Texas Roadhouse recently. See pic. Overall not the best experience, but not the worst. I’d give them another try in the future to see how it goes.

So a great place to get stake and meat related food. The bread they make is super good and the t-bone I had was well worth the pris.
The only thing that brought down the evening was the AC blasting artic air down on our table. We asked if it could be turned off but got told by a one of the staff that it could not and it sounded like it was not the first compliment they had gotten.

I had a very disappointing experience at Texas Roadhouse. From the moment we sat down, our waiter, Zoe, had a rude attitude. At one point she slammed a cup down on our table, which was very disrespectful. I politely told her not to slam the cup again because it came across as rude, but the situation only got worse from there.
She became very unprofessional and even went around telling other coworkers about the situation instead of handling it professionally. Throughout the rest of our visit, she barely checked back in with our table and continued to have an obvious attitude.
The music in the restaurant was also excessively loud, which made it difficult to even have a conversation. My mother’s drink was extremely watery, and the food quality was unacceptable. Several meals at our table were either undercooked or extremely cold. To make matters worse, our main meals came out before the appetizers that we had ordered well beforehand.
When we politely asked if the food could be taken back and remade, she caught an attitude instead of trying to resolve the issue. Everyone at our table had some type of problem with their meal or service.
The only positive part of the experience was the manager. She was kind, professional, and genuinely tried her best to fix the situation. Unfortunately, the overall experience was still very disappointing. If Zoe plans to continue working in this type of environment, she definitely needs to work on her professionalism and attitude toward customers .

We got on the wait list and headed to the restaurant. Being Valentines Night, we knew it would take longer than usual to be seated. When our table was ready, we were greeted at the stand and then immediately taken to a table by another host. Our server, Tabitha, came right to the table and greeted us with a smile and got our order. The food came out fast and fresh and exactly as ordered. Every employee that came by to drop off food or drinks was so friendly and asked if they could get us anything else. Tabitha was very attentive and provided exceptional service. And this was all at the end of the day, which I know they were all exhausted, but not a single employee showed it. They staff and one of the managers were line dancing at around 10:15 and they were all exuding joy. On our way out the door, another manager (shorter lady with blonde hair) thanked us for coming and we let her know how much we enjoyed the entire experience. Every person in the restaurant made for an amazing dining experience on one of their most chaotic days. The management at this location has to be exceptional for guests to be receiving the level of service and quality of food on a day like that. Kudos to the entire team! And next time we are back, we will be asking for Tabitha. She is a huge asset to the Horn Lake location from what we experienced. We left in such a good mood and can’t wait to return again soon.

It was busy, but the service was on point! Our steaks, ribs, fish, and the sides were cooked to perfection! The To Go orders were correct and we were given proper bags and lids for our carryouts. Our waitress a young Black woman… medium build, medium dark complexion, with two ponytails (I do not like that I cannot remember her name) was pleasant and patient with our group of 8. Great service…great food

Ate here with a group of friends. It was a Sunday so there was a wait time of about an hour.
Our waitress was accommodating and made sure everyone had what they needed.
As for the food, it was decent enough. On average a 7/10. The shrimp dish could have been better. The burger was surprisingly tasty. Overall it was a good dinner that consisted of a lot of birthdays aka loud birthday shoutouts.
