Emma in turkey creek was the absolute best waitress we’ve ever had!!! She was so sweet and has the best attitude and took such great care of us. Our food was so good and cooked perfectly. I will ask for Emma every time we come from now on!!!

Best Steak we had in a long time in a restaurant. The service was surprisingly quick and friendly. The food came out hot and tasty and the beer was nice and cold. The picture only shows the last byte and the filet was actually a decent size.It was an amazing restaurant experience considering the it was on of the busiest Saturdays I have seen in Turkey Creek. We will be back soon

We had a party of 7 three of us ordered the Fort Worth steak’s . They was the worst steak ever they were so thin and salty it was like fajita steaks for $30 for a Fort Worth ribeye you would think it would be at least a little bit thicker. We did have one of the person got a sirloin steak and it was perfect for $22.And ribeye steaks are supposed to be better than sirloin steaks I was told not in this case

The bowl of chili they charge extra for, had three bites of chili in it.
The chicken fried chicken seemed like it had been sitting around for hours and was sad and not very tasty.
The steakhouse burger was left half eaten.
The Ceasar salad barely had cheese and the side of ranch (the only dressing my granddaughter likes was not in the order.
The kids bites steak had a baked sweet potato with it instead of fries.
They said i had to wait 30 mins for bread. They included 2 dozen pieces of bread for 3 people. I only asked for 6 and would have been happy to pass on them if I had been told that was the reason my food was sitting around getting cold.
Overall I wouldnt order from here again.

Texas Roadhouse never disappoints, and this visit was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The steak was tender, juicy, and seasoned just right, and the chicken Caesar salad was crisp, hearty, and a great lighter option while still being filling. We also had seafood, and it was cooked perfectly—not overdone at all, with great flavor.
Everything came out hot and exactly the way it should, and the portions were generous as always. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and fast without making us feel rushed.

This was my first time at this particular location, and everything was excellent from the start. The hostess made me feel genuinely welcome, and since I was dining solo during a very busy time, I took a seat at the bar. My server, Chelsee, was outstanding — attentive, personable, and consistently checking in to make sure everything was just right. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire meal. The food was great, and my steak was cooked perfectly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be back.

First let me start by saying I love Texas Roadhouse, I go ALL THE TIME. Never send anything back. Yesterday, we had to send my steak back because it was SO salty. I couldn’t even taste the meat, it was all salt. The second steak was still a little salty, but that wasn’t the issue anymore. The steak was red in the center. All bloody. Mind you, I ordered a medium rare. Had to send it back again, although this time very reluctantly. We felt bad too and we’re not trying to be assholes, I just wanted my food! Next time they had a different girl come out here. We haven’t even said anything and she was already all grumpy. THEY BROUGHT BACK THE SAME STEAK I HAD CUT INTO THE LAST TIME! Didn’t cook it more, just the same way it had left the table. She wanted to argue and say that the steak is NOT undercooked, that is exactly what their medium rare looks like. If we wanted to we can speak to their manager. Well excuse me then! I eat at Texas Roadhouse all the time, that is not true. I was definitely very upset at this point. Still, I didn’t argue, we weren’t mean or rude, just asked for it to be cooked more and without salt. Then the owner came out with another plate. We could just tell that he was annoyed and NOT sorry. But we just left it at that, they obviously was not going to fix whatever the issue is. I attached a picture of what they claim MEDIUM RARE is supposed to look like. They offered a free side the first time we sent it back, but we didn’t take the offer. Like I said, we weren’t looking for trouble – I just wanted my food. They said they were going to take the steak off of our check, but we still got charged, lol. Whatever, we just paid and left. Horrible experience. Their unwillingness to fix issues is utterly astonishing.
