After a day in the Smoky Mountains, we stopped here for refreshments. Advance reservations are recommended. The service was very friendly and attentive. The appetizer was delicious, as was the main course. Personally, I found the fries too greasy. The tables were cleaned up very quietly and thoroughly, so the next guests had a clean table.

I had read reviews and took a chance with my husband and my mother in law for her birthday. (8/4 was the actual date) Our server, a young man named Robert, was FANTASTIC. He has exceptional skills all around. The food was delicious and Robert even got everyone to wish her a happy birthday. I would recommend THIS Roadhouse above any others.

Any country I’m in I like to try Texas Road house. But this one was full as expected anywhere. Little noisey. We were seated in about 10 minutes and given appetizers to munch on until the main dish. I got steak and shrimp with loaded potatoes. Was good. My server was nice.

Went on a slow night and got stuck in a side room next to an exit with no one else around. My server was slow to know we were even sat. After taking our order and bringing our salads, he never returned to refill our drinks. We were his only table. When our food was brought out by someone else I was given burnt food. Before I even said anything the girl said she could get me another potato. We also asked for sauce and bread. I had to find another girl to bring me sauce and she was kind enough to refill our drinks and went to check on the potato. Finally my server came back and brought the second potato, just as burnt as the first and claimed that was normal. No. No it’s isn’t. The third potato he brought out had clearly just been thrown together with no attempt to melt the marshmallows. When I complained the server offered no apology and just said maybe he should get a manager. The manager did apologize and took $10 off my total, but my meal had to be incomplete and my time was wasted. The server and cooks were rude and terrible at their jobs. I’ll go to longhorn from now on.

Decent steak for an average price. Customer service was really good and while noisy, we could still have a conversation.
